Question:	Can I use the tape for needlepoint canvas to prevent it from fraying
Answer:	There is no dispenser. I should tell you that the tape is so thin that it tears when peeling. if you peel off more than 2 inches, it will curl onto itself and becomes unusable. Unfortunately, the return time had passed by the time I used.

Answer:	I got out one of the rolls I bought last year (I ordered a 9-pak), and drew some lines on white paper. I used moderate pressure, like when I use a pencil to write, and then I used a very light touch, where the pencil was barely touching the paper. I didn't expect to be able to see the very light line, but I could. It's faint, but visible. It does have a pretty high tack, so you may want to test it on an untreated canvas first, like someone else mentioned. I don't know anything about that, though. Hope it works well for you.

Answer:	They should work great. Royal & Langnickel is a very reputable manufacturer of professional grade brushes and even though these are their student grade series they are still good quality. They are short handle so easier for a child to manipulate, soft grip reduces dropping loaded brush on floor (and table,clothes, and cat) and the synthetic white taklon brush fibers stand up to a lot of abuse! Wait until the paint is dry to the touch before removing the tape. Check the paint can for the manufacturer's dry times.

Score

Use a putty knife or razor blade to score along the edge of the tape. This prevents paint from being pulled up with the tape and from cracking along the paint line.

Tape

Taking your time, lift up the painter’s tape and pull it back on itself, removing at a 45 degree angle. If adhesive sticks to the surface, try a 90-degree angle.
