Answer:	I suggest to reduce the compression pressure to something like 8-12. It doesn’t feel tight but still has the support you need. Compression pressure up to 30 is pretty tight. Medical compression socks such as Jobst is professionally measured but none of them worked for me .Just total waste of my money and boy are they expensive!

Answer:	No idea what check last image means? It depends on how big your legs are normally, without standing all day, (how much swelling you do you have) 20 to 30 mmHg is a place to start. or talk to your Doctor you can get a recommendation from him and buy the socks where you want.
