Then press and hold the Learning button again until the light flashes again, and press the desired button on your remote (say, remote button #1) to sync the outlet and remote together. Do this same process to your second outlet. Now when you press the #1 button on your remote, both outlets will turn on with a single click!

Answer:	My experience with similar products is: If you buy several, the remotes will work on each. In other words they have the same frequency. I expect these are the same. So, if you buy 100 of these sets, you won't get 300 frequencies. You will get the same 3 frequencies 100 times. I found that worked well for my uses.

Answer:	I looked at the instructions and all of the applications are inside, like closet, cabinet, cupboard, garage, stairway, etc. So I assume that it's not intended for use in the elements. It does not look particularly water-proofed to me. I would not use it for outside, except maybe where no rain at all could get to it. I think there are battery powered motion-controlled lights intended for outside that would work better.
