Answer:	The poles work well when they are put up with the ones they give you. I believe when you go any higher they become pretty flimsy, and I wouldn’t recommend that, but I don’t believe for as many of these I have ordered, buying extensions was an option

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by "charging heads", but what you see is what you get. You get 4 tops and 4 stakes, put them together and you're set!

Answer:	HI. Not sure what you might be doing wrong. You might check the instructions again. I think there is a way to activate the button so that they will flicker as soon as it gets dark. If not, I would check with the mfg. We have 12 of these units and they work fine. Our neighbors also have a few and seem to work ok..

Question:	Do they hold up in the rain? in case i wanted to set them up the day before a bbq i am having, in which its supposed to rain the day before
Answer:	If they get rained on once they dry they get real brittle and the weaving starts to come loose

Answer:	Rain won't hurt the wicks, but they might have a hard time lighting but the torches come with bamboo caps to place over the wicks! Rain will make the bamboo more brittle once it dries though.

Answer:	I wouldn't. Seems like it would be kind of toxic. Most candles these days shouldn't even be burned in the house because the added chemicals and fragrances can be unhealthy for your lungs.

Question:	How does the Torch look after a few years
Answer:	For better ambient lighting the solar flame ones work better. I have both types and the oil type is more for insects and a nice flame but less light.
Question:	How tall are these
Answer:	The oil stays clear and clean because the cap is on it. If you were to leave the cap off it would get dirty I'm sure. We have had all of ours for an entire summer and they look great! We love them!
Question:	Has anyone placed these in the ground instead of using the stand

Answer:	Yes, it comes with the pole. The pole is four pieces that screw together. One end has the snuffer and the other end is cut at an angle to stick in the ground. You don't have to use all the poles. You can make it shorter or use other attachments such as a pole stand to use on a patio.

Question:	Can we purchase just the canister? I already have the holders
Answer:	No extra. Just one in each torch.
Question:	Do these come with deck clamps
Answer:	The torches continue to look great. We live by the ocean which hasn’t affected them. We do bring them inside during the winter only. We live these torches.
Question:	Is the metal canister part removable from the part of the pole that holds it? I ask because I have the metal base just need the canister part
Answer:	Their awesome! About 6 feet tall.
Question:	How many wicks are included
Answer:	Yes...they work fine this way as they have a pointed pole...I used a block of wood and a heavy hammer to hit them into the ground. Make sure you hit directly over the pole and not the canister brackets as they are weak.

Answer:	This does not prevent mosquitoes. It is for lighting
Question:	Do they come as wall bracket lights
Answer:	I feel your pain! I have 8 metal torch holders, but the canister's have rusted and wicks shot. I combed Amazon and home stores and my answer is "No". I ended up buying 2 new torches with cannisters that have a much wider opening to fill than the ones displayed. They were worth getting and I put them in my old torch holders that push into the ground more easily than the new ones. Go for canister and torch - I don't think you can buy canister less price even if they sold them separately.
Question:	How large of a area does each torch do
Answer:	No, they do not come with deck clamps.
Question:	How large of an area does it cover from mosquitoes each torch or a group of torches
