3. If one edison bulb goes out, will the rest stay lit?

Lights are sufficiently bright, used only for security, i wouldn't suggest using these as a means of lighting an outdoor socializing area. The motion sensor works great at a good distance away. I use these to light up the sides of my house for security purposes. Highly suggest.

Answer:	yes, they charge on cloudy days, but obviously not as much as with full sun

Answer:	According to the little instruction booklet I got with the set of lights, "Night Sensor Function: It will auto turn on bright light when darkness or at night and auto turn off when in daylight or bright area". This implies that they come on by themselves, nut mine do not turn on at night at all unless I trip the motion detector, then they come on and (I timed them) stay on for 30 seconds and then go off. While I like the feature, I do wish they would stay on longer.

Answer:	MOST solar operating devices have a battery hidden under the panel itself. Very rarely do they NOT. The battery makes the panels chargeable.
