I've gone to AGM (advanced glass mat) group 31 made by East Penn (pt. # NG31 from carquest) qty 4, and even though they're expensive, so far they're performing great, much better than anything I've tried before.

Answer:	It's definitely best to use them where they're called for in the user manual. My system is on a boat dock and has been up and running without a hitch for two years now. Here's what you need: 1. Between the battery and the Inverter use an ANL 150 amp type of fuse, you can get them on Amazon. 2. Between the battery and the controller use a standard in-line 30 amp fuse. Between the panels and the controller use a standard in-line 20 amp fuse. You can buy the in-line fuse kits at any auto store, they're pretty easy to install. Hope this helps.

Answer:	What is your RV amps? Mine is 30 amps, so solar charge controller MPPT had to be 30 amps as well. Solar panel watts? You can put 4 solar panels at 100 watts each max on this MPPT charge controller. This will easily charge up two 100AJ 12V batteries. With 2000 Watts inverter, maybe add another 100 AH 12V Deep cycle AGM battery to have enough power. I plan to get a 1500 Watt Pure Sine Inverter for my 2 AGM batteries 100 AH 12V each plus 3 solar panels at 100 watts each. Don't overthink this. Too many variables on amp draw and sun strength, angle, time of year, etc. Just ball park it.

Answer:	The type is not that important. You should not charge more than one battery at a time (two at most), and it is not intended for continued use. Just remember that if the AH rating is higher, it will require more time to charge. In my case, a 12v 35AH battery took three days of full sun (at least 5 continuous hours a day) for a complete charge. It is not a powerful or rapid-charge unit. Use it for emergencies.

Answer:	The inverter is rated high enough but you would need considerably more solar panels. The kit only includes 1 @ 100 Watts. You would need at least 1500 Watts of panels. Also if you need to run it at night, you may consider an additional battery too. Also you will want to make sure your inverter can handle the surge of starting the pump. I’m not sure what the surge rating of the inverter is, but I would make sure it is at least 3000. Starting any motor is tough on an electrical system including solar.
Question:	What’s the life span of the battery? When will it need to be replaced
Answer:	Battery lifespan is linear to the depth of discharge and temperature the battery is used in. If these are both suitable, the battery will last ten (10) years

Answer:	I know some people will not like this..... You can make a plug with two male ends... then plug one end into any outlet and back feed all of the outlets in your house.... but .... you must, must, MUST be sure to open the main circuit breaker to be sure you don't have any voltage coming in AND that you don't have any going out to the street in the case of a power failure. That's how I do it.... just saying.

How to choose the solar panel?

Answer:	Good question. We haven't had them long enough to have chenged the batteries. One strange thing I noticed: in the little bit of literature that comes with the things, any mention of batteries numbers them at 3 instead of 4, which is how many battery holders there are in each unit. They do throw a very bright light and I have to try just using 3.
