Answer:	My understanding for touch lamps is that its the lamp, I would think any single watt bulb would work. I do not think any of the multi watt bulbs would work, because there no way to turn multi bulb to different wattage's with a touch lamp. So these 50/100/150 3-way are not good choice.

Answer:	Mine are on every day for about 5-7 hours and maybe last 4-6 months. I really don't pay much attention. These are old fashioned bulbs and don't go on for years like LED or halogen.

Answer:	"Switch Controlled" simply means this item is not controlled by any type of day/night or motion sensor. It is turned on and off manually when needed by using the light switch on the wall.

Answer:	Mine is at the peak of my house which is about 25 ft high. Unit casts an amazing amount of light from that height. In fact, I don’t think I would want it lower.
Question:	This is a new addition to the existing one. So there is no junction box. Do I need to buy a new junction box for this addition
Answer:	Not sure of your question? I replaced an old light so there was a junction box to attach to. If no j-box, how would you support and if outdoors, how would you keep it dry? If new unit in new location and not a replacement, I would strongly suggest use of a junction box.. I'm just a DIY'r and not a lic. electrician... I'm also assuming it's going outside...
