If the colors don’t match after one of the joints it means one of the R G B connections is bad (I had this problem with one of mine and had to go back and fix it). One side effect of connecting all 4 together is that the brightness of the LEDs at the end of the 4th strip are not as bright as the ones in the 1st strip.

Warming tips:

• Please clean the surface before stick on the strip and make sure that the paste is successful by one time, otherwise, the stickiness will become weak after repeated use, and you need to add back glue again
• Please don't stick the lights to the metal surface that conductive, it may cause a short-circuit on the strip lights
• Don't let them on the spool when you testing them for more than 2 minutes, they need to dissipating heat
• The ventilation must be ensured, these lights need an excessive amount of airflow for cooling

Connection tips

Please notice to connect the 4pin connectors of the controller box arrow to the positive of lights; If not, it will don't work.

Test the lights before installation

Please confirm your connection is correct, below is some steps need to notice:

• Connect the 4pin connectors of the controller box arrow to the positive of lights.
• Make sure the lights are connected, and the power light up green bulb.
• Pull out the transparent chip from the button of the IR remote.
• Use the IR remote turn on the lights (IR remote aim at the IR receiver).

DIY function

About DIY function, Please follow the steps below：

Step 1: Turn on the lights. Press one of the RGB buttons. Step 2: Press the DIY1 button (the lights will change to white color for the first time). Step 3: If you need deeper red color, press and hold the red up button(at least 5 seconds), the longer you hold, the deeper red color you have. You can also press green and blue down, the changing will be more clearly. Step 4: Keep the color you just set by pressing the DIY1 button again. Step 5: Repeat the steps above to set the rest of five DIYs.

Answer:	The hue hub directly controls the bulbs (one hue hub can control 50? bulbs). Alexa can install a “skill” (an app/program) that communicates with the hue hub. Answer:	Just got these for Prime Day deal. You need a hub to take full advantage of voice control (Alexa/Google). Otherwise, you need to set them up via Bluetooth for Alexa which means the Echo device needs to be within 30 feet of the lights. Even my Echo Dot 4 feet away from the lights, the operation of the bulbs is hit and miss. Worked bout 85% of the time. The rest of the time the Echo said it couldn't communicate with the lights. You can also use the Philips Hue (Bluetooth) app. For the price, I really was not impressed with the functionality of them. Also purchased some LOHAS Smart LED bulbs (got 3 bulbs for the price of these 2) and those work great. The LOHAS are both Bluetooth and Wifi, with no hub needed at all. Cant really recommend the Philips as I don't want to purchase a hub. Will most likely return these as the LOHAS bulbs work way better.
Question:	How do you sync two 32ft light Strips
Answer:	I have one that came with my Echo Show 10, it paired with the Echo Show and the other Echos can control it no issue. But you have to have an Echo with Zigbee function - that means the older Echo Plus, or the new 4th gen Echo or an Echo Show 10. If not, you'll need to use Hue's hub and use the Hue skill to link to your Alexa network. Of the choices, I recommend the show, because it gives you visuals when installing. however most my smart devices are wifi using the Smart Life app and intergrate using that skill.

Answer:	Don't extend LED light strips. Even if you buy a separate power supply, the wiring in the strip is not large enough to carry the current of more lights. As you can see, there are dozens of companies selling the same thing so these are a race to the lowest possible cost, which means the lowest possible additional current capacity. Reputable sellers will clearly state this in their question replies or their listing. If these sellers could make 150 foot LED strips, they would.

Question:	Can I connect all 4 strips in series to form an end to end 65.6ft length and then only use one (of the 4) power out connectors to run all 4 in series
Answer:	The first answer from the seller contradicts the next 3 answers. My understanding is that you CANNOT run them as one continuous strip. So there is no way to run them across 4 walls of a room because you have to connect each strip back to the main connector. If you are trying to do 4 walls of a bedroom with 65 feet, then you need to buy a LED set that comes in 2 rolls of 32.5 feet each (not 4 rolls of 16 feet each), so then you can have the power supply in one corner and connect each roll to that power supply and be able to cover 2 walls with each roll. There are such type of 2-roll 65.6ft LED sets available on amazon.

Please make sure the correct connectly before lighting the strip lights

• Check that the 4-pin connector arrow is aimed at the positive of lights.
• Every roll lights have one connector to link with controller box, so they should be attached in parallel, nothe t in series.
• Tear tape behind the strip light and stick it firmly to a wall or other smooth surfaces.

3M Stronge Adhesive

3M adhesive is stronger than other blue strip LED brands and lets you place the LED strip almost anywhere, including on the back of TVs, tables, cabinets and windows.

Question:	My lights stopped working?!!! I had it plugged in and it just stopped
Answer:	Hm, try pressing some buttons or unplugging and plugging in the lights, if that doesn’t work probably try looking for a new plug for the lights instead of replacing the whole things themselves. Saves money and time!

Answer:	As far as I know, it doesn't. My suggestion is contact the manufacturer for more information.
Question:	Can you attach 3 of the 32 ft sections together
Answer:	Sorry ,it can,t connect 3 of 32ft togther , beacuse of the power adapter only works for the pacakge full sets
Question:	Do both reel of lights plug into the receiver or does the 2nd reel of lights connect to the 1st set of light
Answer:	please make both reels into the receiver, if connect 2 reel together , maybe the 2nd reel one will be dim or cant work.

Question:	Can I put these in 2 separate rooms? Do they sell separate receivers, power plug and remotes for this product
Answer:	They have to go in one room. They come with the one receiver for both rolls to hook into.
Question:	can you program individual LEDs
Answer:	No, they plug into the adapter. Mine started on fire after plugging them in. I do not recommend buying these.
Question:	How are lights installed
Answer:	The back of the strand of Lights is a 3M lighting he Civ that actually six very well I have them all throughout my house I have them on my bed behind it it lights up the floor lights up to ceiling lights up my walls I have done my whole media room as well as I done my office and I also have done my garage and it actually looks very nice and I've yet to have any of them fall for you and come unstuck but you can remove them and also still use them as long as you do not apply it on cheap paint that you may have in your home it can apply again if you ever happen to change like your living room around or your bedroom around and it will work to mount again

Answer:	Only if they are in a covered area. I would let them get wet. The sticky part is not super strong.

Answer:	It is not waterproof and it is recommended to use it indoors only
Question:	I bought a 40 ft and now want to buy thesame brand 16 foot. Is there an easy way I can connect the new wire 16ft to the 40 ft under one remote
Answer:	It is not recommended to connect more, because the product is already a 40FT long enough, and further connection will cause the tail voltage to drop, which will affect the brightness
