Answer:	You CANNOT get a remote control for these candles. These EXCELLENT battery powered candles are equipped with a 3 setting switch: 1-OFF, 2-ON and 3- 6 hr TIMER cycle. The 6 hr timer is a repetitive timer cycle that, if left in the timer setting, will turn the candles off in 6 hrs and back on again at the same time you turned them on the previous day (e.g., if you turn them on at 5 pm today, they will turn themselves off at 11 pm tonight and will turn themselves back on at 5 pm tomorrow night, etc. etc. until you change the switch setting to the off or on setting). Question:	Does this style candle has a timer
Answer:	No timer, just a switch. However, these are nice and bright flameless votives! And, they are easy enough to turn off and on.
Question:	Do these candles have an Infra red receiver ? Can I buy a remote control separately to control these candles
Answer:	I do not recall this being referenced as a possible functionality.
Question:	Is the "flame" thin, and does it actually move and sway like the more-expensive Luminara candles
Answer:	The candle does flicker. The photo is a little deceiving since it appears to be slightly yellowish amber. It's very white. They're pretty small and very plastic but they were perfect for my project. I tied a ribbon in a knot around them, (not a bow) put them on a homemade coaster that matched the ribbon and used them as little favors at a Christmas party. They were cute enough that most took theirs home. The flame if round and not quite 1/2" in diameter. It does not move and sway. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The batteries did not work. Perhaps it was a returned shipment??
