Answer:	Yes it is. I have two of these for my outdoor landscape lighting in Florida and they have been mounted outside for the last 3 years and are operating perfectly and still look like new. They are designed to be outside.
Question:	I need a 12 volt transformer for a regular 300 watt light (not led) . would this one work
Answer:	It would work but would overload after a short period of time. A transformer should not be loaded more than 80% of its rated capacity. So in this case a 300 watt transformer is good for about 240 watts continuously. A 600 watt transformer is good for 480 watts continuously.
Question:	Do thes come wth the power cable? I don't see it in the picture
Answer:	This does not come with the wires/ power cables that run to the light. It also does not come with the wire that comes off the circuit breaker panel. It is simply a step down transformer. But it works just fine.
Question:	I have 2 20 watt led underwater, rgb controller, and plan on more low wattage landscape lighting in the future, would this be sufficient
Answer:	This is a 300W transformer. If you choose LED lights you will be able to put a lot of lights on it. If incandescent or halogen bulbs are used, you have to be careful you don't overload it. Are you sure your lights are 20W LED? That is quite a lot of consumption for an LED light. Anyway, you just have to add up your wattage and try to keep it below 300.

Answer:	It is compatible with at least some some Chamberlain openers. Liftmaster and Chamberlain are the same company. To know if yours is compatible the two requirements are for it to have the shield symbol on the cover and for there to be two lock connectors on the unit next to the up and down adjustment buttons. I have the Chamberlain B1381 and it is compatible.

Answer:	Yes it is. I purchased the B1381 in Dec 2019 and it has the security shield symbol on the cover ( it is a shield with half light and half dark divided diagonally). It also has two lock connectors on the unit next to the up and down adjustment buttons close to where you connect the wires for the sensors and control panel and the WiFi learn button. Since it has two lock connectors if you want you can connect two of these locks, one on each side of your door.

Answer:	Most likely that's a cable lock not a rod, I made the same mistake. But you can rig it to still work you just have to cut the plastic off the cable attach a clamp to the cable then attach this device to the clamp. It takes a little extra work but it works

Answer:	I do not know. I can only speculate. The wall connector is European. We were in France this summer and it worked flawlessly. I do not know what type of wall connectors are in India. This is a step-down transformer. The output is 110 V. However, most modern devices can run on 220V or 110V. This is normally noted on the 'brick' of the device. First you should make sure that you need a step-down transformer. Our computers did not require this device. I only used it for my electric razor. Generally, motors require a transformer. As for your Xbox, I would check the documentation to see if a transformer is required. I would guess that this device could provide 135 watts. Remember that this is speculation only!

Answer:	Yes at least it worked for mine.
Question:	Will this work with Malibu landscaping lights
Answer:	check the wattage on your flat iron. If it's over 200 W, then definitely not, and even if it's approaching 200W I'd be wary of using it for more than a couple minutes at a time. That being said, if it's like 150W or lower, you're probably fine, and if you're closer but not over you're probably still okay as long as you exercise some caution. My experience is, if it overstresses the converter, it trips some thermal switch that just shuts down the device. Once it cools, it'll be good to go again.

Answer:	The schematic above shows where the ground wire goes.

Answer:	Not installed yet, but this is 4th LED install I have made. Been satisfied with Hitlights products. The 100 W driver connected to 2 high density LED lights, 888 W total.
Question:	Where is the terminal for the ground wire
Answer:	Safe? They do get a little warm to the touch, mine are in the open air of the roof trusses in my shop and get dusty, but no problems so far. These certainly outlast the originally supplied transformers with my LED system. 95% failure rate with the original power supplies--NO FAILURES WITH THESE DEVICES, but they are pricey.

Answer:	You need to know the wattage of your lights. The volts the driver puts out times the amps of the driver tells you how many watts it will power. For example if the driver is 12 v. and 2 amp. it could power 24 watts. Although you shouldn't take right to 100% capacity so about 20 watts.

Answer:	I have a Dynazap that looks like this but it does not state the volts on the zapper. I do not have the box at this time. There is a warning on the bottom to not touch the wire while zapper is in use.

Answer:	I would think that the Zapper would certainly work on palmetto bugs. It's not the size since we are dealing with a current. I have used it on bees and wasps when they have gotten in the house. I use my Zapper for any pesky bug that will not fit through the netting, except lady bugs. It is a great to have.

Answer:	Depends on how long you run the cable. The longer the cable the fewer the lights.
