Hi there - I can tell you that I have had mine for almost a few months now, I love it and haven't had any issues with it flickering on any settings, BUT I haven't had a chance to use it a lot yet since I am still finishing my office. Did you just get it (which would be the deciding factor for me)? I would probably return and reorder another one and possibly ask for a discount of some sort for the trouble unless they can re-deliver one to you quickly. Hope that helps!
