Answer:	It appears the vertical orientation from the base to the top of the magnification unit is approximately 26 1/2 inches. To center of the higher magnification circle is approximately 25 inches.

Answer:	The MagniFlex Pro contains a 2x power magnification with a 4x power spot lens. Depending on the severity of your aunt's vision issues, this may or may not be enough magnification to suit her needs. Carson does off magnifiers for more severe macular degeneration issues that contain stronger magnifications. We would recommend speaking to an optometrist to confirm.

Answer:	I'm not certain, mine came with batteries when it arrived in the mail. There is a small plastic cert that needs to be removed in order for the light to work. Unscrew the battery cap and remove that cert before use.

Question:	How do you install? Directions suck
Answer:	Pretty easy installation...I didn’t see any directions. Regardless, remove the round mounting frame from the mirror base..looks like a circle with slots in it. I believe it was attached to the mirror base with the thumb nuts. You’ll want to attach that mounting frame to the wall where you want the mirror. Position the screws where the thumb nuts were at 12 oclock and 6 oclock so that the base arm will fold out as you want it. Then use the provided screws or hollow wall anchors using any of the slots in the mounting bracket. Remove the top mirror panel by twisting to the left and pulling up to add 4 AAA batteries. Black toggle switches at the top and bottom to turn on the light

Answer:	Add me in this group. Mine fell off too.
Question:	Can this mirror be attached with Scotch foam sticky pads rather than putting holes in walls for screws
Answer:	Hi, we do not advise that you use sticky pads for mirrors. It is best to use wall mounted mirrors by screwing them in the wall.

Question:	How much heat do the bulbs put off
Answer:	If you can sit on the floor and reach your toes or put your feet on a table and still reach, yes. I thinks it's great.
Question:	Are there two complete lamps or does it convert from table to floor function with only one head
Answer:	The magnifying glass itself is mounted on a (little less than) 1" flexible "hose-like" part. It flexes 90 degrees up and down, and can tilt almost 90 degrees sideways.
Question:	Is the neck of the light black or white? it shows both in the pictures but there is no choice when purchasing
Answer:	I am not sure...Ordered them in April...They shipped in June and I just received them on September 19th.. 5 whole months...smh
