Answer:	I doubt it. This is a pretty low-tech device with only one button. By the time I bought it, my son was old enough (2.5) to press the button if the light turned itself off before he was done. I will say that it's lasted a year of nightly use on the same battery, so that's something!

I like the color changing setting which doesn’t do the best job of lighting up a room but does a good dim light that is very aesthetic. Give it a try. The battery of mine lasts 12+ hours when fully charged. Which would make it a pretty good light for if the power goes out.

Question:	Can you use the star projection continuously without the music being on
Answer:	I don't see any way to do this, if the unit is on there is sound playing. You can turn the projection on and off during use but the audio can only be turned down, not off.

Question:	Can you mute the sound and just use as a night light
Answer:	No you can't mute the sound. It does have 8 different sound levels to choose from though. We keep ours on the lowest setting usually so it's just a soft background noise. During family gatherings when it tends to be a bit more noisy in the house we will turn it up a little to help drown out the noise outside the bedroom.
Question:	It appears the light at the top burnt out because it won’t cone on anymore. Anybody experience this
Answer:	We’ve used ours every night for a month and a half and tonight when I went to put my son in to sleep, it wouldn’t work at all- sounds or lights

Question:	Is the lowest light dim enough to serve as an occasional night light
Answer:	Yes it comes with a 1 year warranty.
Question:	If using the lowest brightness, do you have to cycle thru the rest to turn it off, or can you just go from low to off
Answer:	The unit has a thermostat that turns it off and on based on the temperature it is set at. The heating element has suction cups with spacers to hold it in place and prevent it from touching the reservoir. If the unit is on and the water level is low it may just stay on if the temperature probe senses it is cooler than the set level. If the probe senses it is warmer the heating element will turn off. We have used these in ebb & flow systems with success, just make sure the heating element is not in contact with anything besides water & air.
Question:	where is lamp made
Answer:	I purchased this exact one, it could not keep my 50 gallon tank warm, it could not even keep it at 70 degrees I burnt out after about 2 weeks. My opinion is this product should be in the trash.
Question:	What is the weight of this lamp
Answer:	Yes, it is fully submersible. the control unit is not, however that is much farther than 1-2 inches from the heating tube.
