Answer:	I just had a pair delivered last week. I wear a 9.5 with a 4E width. The ones I bought were 10.5 Wide. The hype on the size chart claimed the "Wide" would cover both 3E & 4E. Years back, the bones in my left foot were crushed in a motorcycle wreck, leaving the foot slightly wider with a higher instep. I assumed that if I got a size larger than usual it should fit. These shoes are great, Comfortable and durable. There's no give to the top of the shoe. Don't think it's going to stretch at all. We'll worth the money, but I may have to perform "surgery" to make it conform to my foot.
