Question:	What does the description mean “ no on\off switch
Answer:	If you are changing out from an existing light to this one, once you remove the old light, there should be a 5" circle with your 3 wires out of it. Everyone's can be slightly different but you would need to connect your wires and mount to the existing bracket. If your opening is bigger than the typical size then you'd need to purchase one of those decorative plates/covers that will close the gap and allow this to mount flush on the ceiling.

Answer:	Mine didn’t, but I believe some came with the 20 converter to really be used as a cleaner, to flush the pen with water. The 20 holds very little ink, try the 40 converter, the 70 converter works well, you just have to quickly, snap push, not forcefully, quickly, to seat that gasket at the bottom fast to build up pressure behind it. Slowly pumping will not work well, you get a 20 converter amount of ink that way. PS, the 20 converter is discontinued along with the 50.
