Five 60-watt bulbs are required. These are not included with the chandelier. This Chandelier installs like the others in the line-up. The Chandelier comes with a bracket to mount into the ceiling box(not included) and is hard wired in.It also has a trim plate that matches the light fixture to cover the ceiling box.

Answer:	If you don't use the wiring to the ceiling fan all you need to do is cap that wire. install is very simple, there are many youtube videos that can help as well.

Answer:	Yes that's correct. Its different on each side. One side is more if a basic side..left, upper left, etc. The other side is very specific. Hit it on 4, upper left. That ball taught me how to back up a ball almost to a fault...after doing it a couple of hundred times!
