Question:	What is the measurement from the ceiling to the bottom of the globe when using the included 4" down rod
Answer:	17.4 inches (including the decorative nut that secures the globe). I purchased and installed 6 of these fans. Everything was perfect, with the exception of one fan: it was almost impossible to attach the LED light fixture to the motor housing. However, we are really pleased with the fans. They're beautiful, don't have any vibrations, and the LED light is bright but pleasant. There's a slight hum but nothing noticeable.

Question:	Can I change the glass
Answer:	The glass that we designed is specific to this fan. However I will check with my engineer if it is possible. Please stay tune and I add to this questions.
Question:	How much are the replacement leds? i keep seeing answers like "slight fee" and other vague "answers" to this question
Answer:	There are no replacement bulbs needed. Fan comes with an integrated LED module which should last for many years.

Answer:	Yes. Since the fan comes with a 6" down rod and it hangs 11" from the ceiling to the blades then using a 12" rod will measure around 17" from ceiling to blades.
Question:	Is this a 3/4 down rod or
Answer:	It’s definitely bigger than that. I think it’s 1 1/4” to 1 1/2” without climbing up a ladder to measure it.

Then attach the rod to the motor.
Question:	how low from the ceiling is the lowest point of the blade
Answer:	I just bought my second one of these on July 23rd. They no longer have the 3 candelabra bulbs, they have normal bulb sockets now. The bulbs that come with it look like normal light bulbs in shape only smaller (they are A15 bulbs not A19). Part number is L9-A15D24U-7W from LongStar Lighting.
Question:	How do you dim the lighthouse in the world do you dim the light? I can’t get ours to dim at all
Answer:	Yes, you just have to download the app. On the app you can control the fan speed as well as the brightness of the light. You can also change the fan direction (winter or summer) in the app as well.
