I have the hardwired unit as well as the remote unit and to turn the lights on or off, I just touch the up or down button on the remote and they turn the lights on or off. Do not hold the button down as you do for brightening or dimming the light. If this doesn't help, as suggested earlier would be to look up Hampton Bay and see if they have a site to ask questions or chat and describe all of your system and what each component does. |
