➤How to connect with Google Home?



Step A: On the homepage of Google Home app, click the button in the lower right corner, select “MORE SETTING”, select “Home CONTROL” under the list of “ASSISTANT”, and then click the plus sign in the lower right corner

Step B: Find "Smart Life " in the list. In the new window, select your Smart Life account’s region, type your Smart Life account and password, then tap “Link Now”

Question:	Can anyone explain what you mean when you say you need a hub to connect to Alexa
Answer:	These are 60 watts + brightness at 6 watt usage.

Answer:	I’m not sure since I’m not using the bulb with any shade. It is close in size to a regular incandescent bulb at the top and it appears like it may work but it it’s long design might not accommodate the clip of the shade to clasp around the bulb and because it lacks the bulb head shape.
Question:	Do these bulbs use zigbee or bluetooth to connect alexa devices? description mentions echo dot (3rd gen) which does not include zigbee hub

Answer:	Yes, you have to add the accessory to your home kit.
Question:	Will these work only on a 2.4ghz network? what if i have a mesh that had 2.4 and 5 ghz and the bulb connects to the 5 and not 2.4 on the same ssid
Answer:	I've had this problem off and on for years. So far the only thing that seems to help is to separate my smart home devices on to a separate wifi network. My cable modem wifi network is for my devices and a separate router for my computers / TVs / Phones. Make sure you're linked to the cloud service in the Linkwise app and lastly cycle the light switch once and wait 30 seconds.
Question:	Looks like this does not support homekit’s adaptive lighting yet. apple says it needs a firmware update. any idea when this will be available
Answer:	That is a good question, I do not let my light stay on for long periods of time. My daughter uses hers daily for hours and it is not hot to the touch. After being on for hours, I can hold the bulb easily!
Question:	Do these support HomeKit adaptive lighting
Answer:	Yeah, that's because you're controlling them from your 5g radio connection on the same network that they're connected to via the 2.4ghz radio band. They're on the same local network and will be communicating to your wireless access point just like your phone or tablet do, they don't directly communicate to the devices. (Except for during setup obviously).

Step 1: Search "Smart Life" on Phone or Scan the QR code on User Manual to download it.

Step 2: Connect the bulb to your local 2.4G WIFI with your phone connecting to it.

Step 3: Set up your Smart Life account. Add Device>Lighting devices and confirm the device in the App.

Step 4: Easy Mode or AP Mode(Press on/off button of the device 3 times)

Tips--App

Be sure that you are using 2.4GHz WiFi when connecting with the smart bulb. And WiFi must be detectable status. Many routers have 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz network and your phone will always automatically connect to the 5 GHz network. So, you have to completely turn off your 5 GHz network by going to your router settings (enter the router IP address into your internet browser, usually something like 192.168.1.1), forcing your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.

In addition, the router encryption mode must be WPA2-PSK type and the authentication type must be AES.

Connection

Step 1: Log in Alexa App, choose Skills, and search "Smart Life".

Step 2: Select Smart life in the search results, and then click the Enable skill.

Step 3: If account has been bound, click on Disable Skill and click on Enable to bind a new account.

Step 4: Input your account registered for Smart Life App

Cannot voice control?

Please name the smart bulb without Arabic numerals or special characters, it is better to name the smart bulb with the names which is easy to understand.

Disconnect?

Please check whether the Wi-Fi network is still 2.4GHz.
