Question:	Can this be used in a ceiling fan light
Answer:	Yes, item# ST19/PRISM/LED can be used in a ceiling fan, as long as the base matches the ceiling fan's socket and the wattage the bulb uses does not exceed the ceiling fan's maximum wattage allowance. Of course, please keep in mind the size of the bulb as well, if there are any physical restrictions preventing the bulb from being screwed into the socket properly it should not be used.
Question:	Would this work with 220v
Answer:	Thank you for inquiring about the 3D Infinity Fireworks Effect LED. Unfortunately LED this is only suited for 120v. My apologies for any inconvenince.

Notes:

1.Brightness controls DO NOT WORK when the lights in color change mode.

2.You can ONLY use remote to control brightness in static mode. Dimming via a wall switch or dimmer does not effect brightness, and causes the bulbs to behave erratically.

3.The remote controller should be used WITHIN 16 feet of the lamp. The radiation-emitting angle of the remote control is 120° in front of the receiver. When you install multi bulbs, one included remote can control the bulbs In its infrared range. If you want to control 1 bulb only when there are several bulbs, you may have to stand closer to the bulb to avoid them both updating colors.

4.If it is used in a position with a lampshade, the thick lampshade will slightly affect the remote control. Please point the remote control directly to the light, no barrier blocking in the track.

5. It is recommended that try not to use the bulbs next to the TV or at the same orientation as its, otherwise it may cause signal interference when using the infrared remote.

Question:	Is the base the same size as a c7 or c9 light bulb
Answer:	Did you find one? i need one too. love my lights, but finding these bulbs is a pain.
Question:	Will these fit a ceiling fan with small glass fixtures? Also, can I use the pull-chain to turn off all 3 at once as they will all be on 1 ceiling fan
Answer:	It’s a two prong
Question:	Will they do a true white color
Answer:	I don’t know. Your replacement number starts with 884 but the bulb starts with B84. I had a difficult time finding the correct one years ago when I bought mine. I finally called OttLite and the lamp manufacturer and they helped me find the bulb that worked best and lasted a long time. I paid $35 for the bulb but it worked exceptionally well. I didn’t want to pay a lot of money for a bulb that wouldn’t work.
Question:	Can the color change cycle between just 2 colors, like red and green for Christmas
Answer:	The lamps I have all use 18W which is for models T18330. They all have rubber adjustablae necks with light fixtures the bulb obviously fits. The two sections of the bulb are blunt at the end and don't form the closed curve. Hope this helps.

Know about Smart Life APP

Step 1: Search "Smart Life" on Phone or Scan the QR code on User Manual to download it.

Step 2: Connect the bulb to your local 2.4G WIFI with your phone connecting to it.

Step 3: Set up your Smart Life account. Add Device>Lighting devices and confirm the device in the App.

Step 4: Easy Mode or AP Mode(Press on/off button of the device 3 times)

Tips-App

Be sure that you are using 2.4GHz WiFi when connecting with the smart bulb. And WiFi must be detectable status. Many routers have 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz network and your phone will always automatically connect to the 5 GHz network. So, you have to completely turn off your 5 GHz network by going to your router settings (enter the router IP address into your internet browser, usually something like 192.168.1.1), forcing your phone to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.

In addition, the router encryption mode must be WPA2-PSK type and the authentication type must be AES.

Connection

Step 1: Log in Alexa App, choose Skills, and search "Smart Life".

Step 2: Select Smart life in the search results, and then click the Enable skill.

Step 3: If account has been bound, click on Disable Skill and click on Enable to bind a new account.

Step 4: Input your account registered for Smart Life App and then the Alexa account will be linked with Smart Life account.

Tips

Cannot voice control?

Please name the smart bulb without Arabic numerals or special characters, it is better to name the smart bulb with the names which is easy to understand.

Disconnect?

Please check whether the Wi-Fi network is still 2.4GHz.
