Question:	how big of a bulb can this change? have 5-6in wide bulbs
Answer:	I got a Mr Long arm extension pole and it was compatible. Any extension pole that has a screw on mechanism would work. As for specific bulbs, it is pretty much universal. As long as you have a bulb has decent flat surface, the suction cup shall grip it. As for greasy bulbs: I don't think the cloth would be enough to just wipe it off...especially if it's extra greasy. Perhaps spray some cleaner or alcohol on the cloth, let it dry, and then try it so you can maintain a proper suction.

Answer:	I will not recommend this. It can only be used for larger flood lights and even then it doesn't work well. Further there is risk of bulb coming off of the suction cup and shattering. At first I got this one but was not satisfied at all then I ordered Ettore bulb changing kit with the pole for $18.00. I was able to change regular E19 bulbs as well as flood lamps without any problem.

Question:	Once suction cup is on a light bulb facing up (base down/bulb up), how does one turn the bulb to remove it? Is there a rotation mechanism built in
Answer:	Depends on the type of bulb - the PAR type bulbs are just under 4 inches and that is about the extent of how far the largest one can stretch. I can go to perhaps 5 inches - BUT - it would have to be a VERHY sturdy bulb. I would fear that if it was one of those typical globe bulbs that are around 5 inches, it probably would not fit - and if it did, I would be very afraid that it would shatter due to the much more delicate and thin glass those types of bulbs are made of.

Answer:	Not sure what you asking , but unit is used only for flood lights / light bulbs with the glass part facing downward. I works great lights like that. If you have chandelier with the bulbs ( glass part) facing up this system will not work for you. I hope I answer your question.

Answer:	I do not think this would work for changing out a horizontal bulb. The rotation of the bulb is like any other bulb (exception of the horizontal bulb) that is seated and unseated in its socket, righty tighty - lefty loosy. The suction cup simply allows you to successfully hold the bulb as you turn right or left. Hope this answers your question.

Answer:	All our DocaPoles and attachments have standard ACME threading, so they should work with any other companies' products that also have the standard ACME threading.

Question:	Will it help replace a flood light or LED light that is in a recessed can
Answer:	Probably a NO. This device works by adhering to a surface by suction. If the light fixture cover is sufficiently flat that a suction cup could stick, the first part of the answer is maybe. The cover would not only have to be flat enough, it would also have to unscrew. If it pried or pulled off, I would not use the device as it is likely to pull the entire light fixture out of the ceiling.
Question:	What is the suction cup string for? When is it generally used
Answer:	Depending on the height of your fan, you could possibly just use your hand. If the fan is on a high ceiling then you can attach a pole. Simple things like a broom handle, you can twist off the broom and then attach it to this and use it for extra length.

Question:	Will it work on flame tip light bulb
Answer:	Yes,It ok! It has a suction cup that grabs the old bulb and allows easy removal, You stick the new bulb to the suction cup. You then screw it in using the pole. When the new bulb is tight you pull on a string that releases the suction to free the new bulb and you are done. This is a miraculously ingenious and easy solution.

Answer:	put suction cup to top of electric bulb to install to socket. then pull string to detach suction cup from the bulb.

Answer:	As I said I wasn’t able to use the suction on the device but because of the curvature of the device I was able to apply a piece of self created double sided duct tape on top of the suction part and then that stuck onto the light bulb and I was able to remove and put in new bulbs. Yes it works with any size if you use the duct tape method. Just using it as suction did not work for me

Answer:	I’m not sure about size being an issue. What I can tell you is, the suction cup attachment is VERY POORLY MADE. I literally changed 2 bulbs before the suction cup broke at the base, beyond any repair.

Answer:	Although not expensive this is a waste of money. First, the bottom where you are to place a handle is to small. I couldn't find anything to use. I eventually used a small pipe,that I borrowed from my neighbor, with the help of duct tape. I also have the same type of bulbs as you. I broke a 2 inch in the socket and could not get the 5 inchers to turn.I would not recommend this product to anyone. I eventually went out and bought a tall ladder and used my hands.

Answer:	According to the directions and experience you want to use the largest cup that will fit on the bulb. I believe a 5” bulb would take the largest cup included in the kit. That’s what I use for flood lights.
