If the power goes off the flashlight portion lights up so you can find them in the dark. The flashlight also comes on when you remove them from the charger because they lost the connection to the charge. You just have to switch the flashlight off if you don't want them on. I'm re-buying additional ones for people I purchased them for earlier. Many of them ask me where they can get more. I happy, it saves me thinking of what I can get them for Christmas. I originally found them at Costco but they don't handle them anymore, they have some wimpy sleek looking nightlight/emergency/flashlight, with not much power. These Capstone 4-in-1 lights are great for people walking their dogs. They leave them plugged in by the dog where the go out with the dogs. |
