Answer:	The rechargeable battery is built inside the bulb. Just use it like a regular light bulb. When you first get them, leave them turned on for a few hours to charge them. If the light is on when the power goes out, the light will stay on. If the light is off when the power goes out you will need to put the bulb into one of the hanging adapters they come with to make them work. I put mine in lamps I don’t use very often & only turn them on when it storms so if the power goes out they stay lit. Mine have lasted 4 to 6 hours without power. I love them & I’m buying them for family as gifts now.

Answer:	I have not ractually tested it. According to the instruction sheet, it takes 4-8 hours for a full charge. Then it's supposed to last 3-5 hours if the power goes out.

Answer:	They work very well for me. I tryed the new type of light bulb , they did not work all of the time. they made my room too dark. The G.E. bulbs light up my room very good and they stay lit until i turn them off.

Answer:	Tip of the bent tip to the bottom of the candelabra base is 3 7/8". The glass itself is just shy of 3 1/4". Glass diameter is 1 1/4". Hope this helps!

Answer:	These fit in the smaller sockets. I used them in a hanging chandelier light. I'm not sure what E12 base means. I assume the 12 is 12mm then yes. The carton does not say E12 anywhere on it.

Answer:	The box the bulbs come in has a table showing operating voltage, lumens, energy consumed, and lifetime.At 130 V the lumens are 370, energy 40 Watts, and life 1500 hours.At 120 V, the numbers are 280 L, 36 W, and 3900 Hr. That is a big difference in lifetime."The box", by the way is a cardboard pack with 12 individually boxed bulbs, not the annoying bubble pack where all the bulbs fall out when you remove one.

Answer:	I never heard LED's suffer from heat before. They run much cooler than incandescent. I bought a bunch of EcoSmart floods from home depot thinking I would not need to replace bulbs for years, perhaps the res of my life. HA, big surprise, In less than a year 70% failed and it's been 2 years and they are all gone. I went to CREE and have had no failures.
