Answer:	In my experience transitioning to LED in the house and the yard, I have replaced 12v halogen in the landscaping with these LED bulbs without a problem.
Question:	What is the height of the bulb? My luminaire has a ring/lens that sits right up against halogen mr16 g5.3 bulbs. Taller bulbs won't fit
Answer:	From the face to the base of the pins is 1.77", 2.2 " to the ends of the pins (Overall height). But the face is slightly domed, so from the rim to the base of the pins is only 1.65". It will not sit flat against the lens of the fixture, but if it is like mine, the lens is only for UV protection so you don't need it for LED. You can gain some height by removing the lens.
Question:	What is the Lumen output of this bulb
Answer:	The lumen output is same as halogen, however, they are not comparable. Because the HERO-LED bulb is a 120 degree wide beam flood light bulb while the halogen is a 38 degree spot light bulb. Please use Magnetic Low Voltage dimmer to work with them. Answer:	Newer LED bulbs should last much longer than the older incandescent bulbs but you will need to change the sockets on your lamps in order to accommodate the 3- way LED bulbs. ( light from the LED bulbs is much whiter than the old bulbs) I haven’t found anyone selling “warm white” 3-way LEDs yet. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can these be used in a fully enclosed fixture
Answer:	I don't have a touch light, but my wife has a clapper and it works.
Question:	If I have many on same switch can they get out of sync and if so, how hard to get back in sync
Answer:	It can not use in dimmers(it will cause noise/flicker). At the same, if the bulb installs in the conventional switch, it will only show one brightness-1800lm(in fact, this bulb has three luminous flux 800-1000-1800Lm ) for you. This bulb needs to be used with the 3-Way dimmer switch. I hope my answer can help you.
Question:	Does it turn on when you clap
Answer:	If you put a three way bulb in a non three way socket, you will only get one level of brightness. The bulb will turn on and off but you will not have the three levels available. More than likely, you will always have the brightest level when you turn the socket on. You can easily check to see if you have a three way socket, even if you don't have a three way bulb. with the bulb in the socket, turn the switch. A two way socket will turn the bulb on, then off, then on, etc. A three way socket will have off, off, on, on (depending on your bulb wattage). Regardless of the wattage, you will have 4 "clicks" to cycle through (normal 3 way: off, low, med, high) where a two way will just have two "clicks" on/off

Answer:	I did google search and e12 is candelabra.

Answer:	Like the other poster said, size-wise it's no different from any other candelabra bulb, so as long as your post accepts regular candelabra bulbs, these Philips ones will work.That said, the outline of the burning filament is not as 'pretty', or at least not as traditional-looking as regular incandescent bulbs, so keep that in mind if you are after a "classic" look.
Question:	Any details on life expectancy on the package? eg. 2years @ 3hrs per day or 2500 hours
Answer:	I believe the rated life expectancy on these bulbs is 1000 hours as they attempt to get a little more energy efficiency at the cost of lifetime. The 2 years at 3 hours per day must assume you run them dimmed for much of that time, which reduces the time but increases the life. They definitely have a lower lifetime than standard (nonhalogen) candelabra bulbs.
Question:	How much heat do they produce? if i run 12 in the small kitchen? is it going to be too hot? i live in fl. thanks
Answer:	They put out a noticeable amount of heat, but noticeably less than the equivalent standard bulbs. If you run 12 in a small kitchen in Florida, I'd recommend the 40 watt "color", which give the light equivalent to 40 watt standard bulbs but are only 25 watts energy/heat output (300w total for your kitchen instead of 480w).
