Answer:	We contacted the Watts Company and they said there's no fill port plugs available for sale. We bought some at Home Depot but they don't fit. Will buy a different brand next time. Answer:	You could do it a few different ways. The way you described your series sounds like it will work. I put the pressure regulator directly on the source so none of my components get damaged. The filter may last longer if it is inline on the "soft side" of the softener since there would be less particulate in the water (in theory). Answer:	The way I undersand it is this stuff mixxs in with the salt brine to give the resin a REAL good cleaning. It should work regardless of your water sorce or brand of softener. I just replace the resin in my 15 year old GE soften, WOW what a differance, the sucker works like new!
Question:	How does this compare to Pur-Gard
Answer:	The MSDS for Pur-Gard (http://purgard.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Pur-Gard-MSDS.pdf) lists the main ingredient as H3PO4 which is Phosphoric Acid. It's comparable to other products for cleaning resin. There are only a few 'acids' in specific concentrations that will clean resin as needed...Phosphoric Acid, and it's in both products.
Question:	Is this a concentrate? And to what ratio is it to be mixed
Answer:	According to my math, manually adding 1-2oz per regeneration is much more efficient than using the EasyFeeder at 1/2-1oz (depending on dispenser wick used) daily. If your softener's regeneration cycle is an 8-day cycle, your using 4-8oz per regen, wasting 3-6oz. My Fleck metered system regenerates based on usage (every 575 gallons). It takes me 2 weeks to use this much water. For me to use an auto dispenser, Id' be wasting 5oz minimum per regeneration.... or maybe I could cut it? 1 part cleaner to 2 parts water? Hmm....
Question:	should be add rescare with salt or we shd add only rescare liquid while regeneration
Answer:	A plumber recommended that I add ResCare every month. When I did some research I found that some folks recommended 2 oz and some 4 os. In your water softener is a tube, mine is white which holds the float and value. On the top of the tube is a cap. My softener simply slips off, others has a small screw; lift the top and pour the ResCare into the tube. This goes directly to the brine at the bottom. The plumber said it would extend the life of the resin bed.

Answer:	No, you just buy multiple systems and run them in tandem. Water line coming in the house gets split between two systems then combined back into one water line after. Answer:	Concerning Andre Y answer concerning Fluoride and it's effects. I have been reading a lot and completed quite a bit of research on water when I started looking for a purification system. After seeing his answer about Fluoride being conspiracy theory I felt the need to correct his Uneducated advise. It's a litter late but maybe helpful to someone. If you read the back of a tub of toothpaste note the warning not to swallow any of the toothpaste and children under 5 shouldn't use toothpaste with Fluoride due to possible consumption. When you go to the dentist and receive a Fluoride Treatment they tell you to swish it around a couple of time and spit it out. There is a lot of information concerning Fluoride and how it came to be introduced to our water supply. We have been told that Fluoride is added to our water supply for the health of your teeth there is nothing proving that drinking fluoride has ever benefited anyone's teeth and as far as the dosage amount you are receiving that's something no one can provide not even your water company can tell you the amount or the levels in your water. The other thing a lot of people don't really think about is the amount of water your body absorbs while taking a shower. Since our bodies makeup is 57% to 67% water while an infants or much higher 75% to 78% with each normal shower your body absorbs 6 cups of water! I find that is more water then some people even drink in a day! I know referring to myself I shower everyday so that's a lot of chemicals being taking into my body. That comment was from last last year but I read reviews and when I seen that about Fluoride being a conspiracy / harmless that's so far from the truth! The higher the purity of your salt (we prefer 99.9% pure salt), the less water-insoluble matter, which means less chance of “bridging”, “mushing”, or insoluble buildup in the bottom of the tank that will need to be cleaned out later. Solar salt pellets is most commonly sold in the crystal or pellet form and is made through evaporating sea water. Solar salt is more soluble than rock salt, but may not work as well as evaporated salt when your water hardness level is very high. Many solar salt brands contain 99.6 pure salt. Rock salt resembles small rocks or pebbles. Although this form of salt is more economical, we don’t recommend using as it contains a high amount of calcium sulfate which means it won’t dissolve well in water and can cause maintenance headaches. Fine mesh resin capable of removing ferrous iron up to 6ppm. When calculating hardness add 4 grains of compensated hardness for each ppm or mg/L of iron and manganese in the water.

Question:	I have a sulfur, iron filter with air injector. the tank uses activated carbon. i want to add this would this go after or before my current system
Answer:	Yes, the carbon filter will remove sulfur from the water. If you have really high sulfur, you may consider the platinum air injection system for first in line treatment. For high sulfur, you would need to change the carbon more frequently on this combo.
