Answer:	The people complaining fail to READ and FOLLOW instructions. I had NO problem and my water is perfect since my original purchase in 2015. And I have FLORIDA water so you can't trick me with any fake purification LOL.
Question:	Where can I find replacement filter
Answer:	The fluoride add ons remove 68% or so on the first pass. If you run it through multiple times it removes 99.9%. Very difficult to get rid of the crap they add to our water. Supposedly for our health.
Question:	Is the c2 filter a ro filter? from my research a .5 micron filter can not remove flouride unless it’s a ro filter. the info i found could be wrong
Answer:	Yes. Initially, I thought it was just discoloration, and I did notice that sometimes the water would taste funny every now and then, almost metallic. Upon inspection today, I found out that the discoloration was a rust spot that penetrated from the interior wall to the exterior wall of the bottom chamber. Really disappointed about the quality control of this product, and wondering if the rust was contaminating our drinking water.

Question:	Can this system work with my fridge ice maker and facet
Answer:	An RO system should remove calcium chloride from your water, this system by EW will strip the water of all mineral content, then it adds back minerals for taste and water quality. This system is easy to set up, but it has a limited flow through, ie GPM. You might also consider adding a conditioner unit at the entry point for the water service. There are some anti scale magnets and other low cost devices to curtail the hard water precipitation. This would protect your interior plumbing from scaling and erosion.
Question:	Does this system need an air gap faucet
Answer:	Depending on how good or bad city water is, filters should be changed every 4-6 months, I'd say. The system itself is very well built so it would last a long time.

I think if you replace the rivet with a removable bolt or pin you could reverse both jaws for use as a spreader. The only problem I can foresee is the handle getting in the way if the span you're starting with is too narrow.

Question:	Does it make sence to upgrade this system with deionization filter when it has alkaline filter
Answer:	Smart Flow Sensor Switch powers on/off UV light automatically by water flow, so it must be installed after the storage tank where water flow is high enough, if you install it before the storage tank the water flow will be to slow for the Sensor Switch to turn the light on.

Answer:	TWS is more powerful than ows. 55w compare to 40W. We normally suggest our customer install the OWS unit horizontally. Cause vertically installation might need extra support if the pipe is plastic. But that was not a problem for TWS system.

Answer:	As long as you protect it from freezing, it has to be plugged in, we have it installed inside. We are on a well, have a sediment filter, a carbon filter then the UV water purifier installed in the same line. Going to get a test kit and test the water for bacteria and see how well it does.

Question:	At this level of filtering, would the water be equivalent to distilled water
Answer:	The EZ4 filter is as close to distilled as you can get without getting Reverse Osmosis. I intentionally chose it over RO because it does leave some of the natural minerals in the water. It removes bad stuff folks worry about from their community water. We live in a town that has a well for the water supply and testing shows the water to be safe, but borderline in some areas. The water just does not tasted good. The EZ4 allays all concerns of safety and the water tastes great. Highly recommended.

ANSI Standard 42 is for chlorine(taste/odor), chloramines, iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, pH neutralization, and zinc reduction. Mercury would fall under Standard 53, which includes heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, mercury, selenium), inorganics (fluoride & nitrate, nitrite) and volatile organic chemicals (chloroform surrogate). For these you need the EZ-3 filter.
Question:	Can you change the filter without turning off the water
Answer:	It says that you can. I have had the cold water line turned off for other reasons when chaning it, so I can't say for sure, but think that you would have very little spillage while changing it.
Question:	can this faucet be mounted in the Standard sprayer hole on sinks? (Approx 1 1/2 inch hole
Answer:	Yes. Most sinks have a 1-3/8" or 1-1/2" hole so that's the easiest way to install. If you do not have a hole you must drill one but not that large: 9/16" or 5/8" will do. I just purchased one and that info is right from the instructions... for those who may be doubtful.

Step 1

Turn off the cold water shut-off valve to the filter system and dispense water from kitchen faucet until water flow stops

to relieve pressure.

Step 2

Turn arrow on the filter from locked to unlocked position.

Gently pull down to remove cartridge and discard.

NOTE: Place a pan or bucket under the filter system to catch any water drips.

Step 3

Line up arrow on the new cartridge with unlocked position on head, insert cartridge, and turn to locked position.

NOTE: Mark the date the filter is installed on cartridge label.
