Then I would also look for any of their replacement ionizer filters that have the word "masterpiece" in the title. If you cannot find that, I would take a chance on this filter and test the water with your kit when you put it in. If it still does not work, I know you can return it to Amazon.com for a refund. I have one more tip: go to www.fernnutrition.com, the company in California that sells an array of these machines, and see if the one for the Jupiter Masterpiece looks anything like the one represented here, even though this one doesn't seem to include the description "Masterpiece", which is a different model. My existing shoes are a size 11M - and it's is 3 centimeters longer than the 11.5 Asics I just bought…meaning I probably should be buying a 13! I’ll update after the new shoes arrive.

Answer:	Yes, it will fit your MXL 9. Always go by the name of the filter. The new filters are all going to be white and the label will clearly show the model they are for. We also have the # 2 filter and the citric acid cleaning cartridge in stock as well as all of the prefilters (exterior filters) that reduce the contaminants that are more highly concentrated in your specific water source.

This filter is the authentic Life Ionizer replacement filter and will last for 1000 gallons or 12 months, whichever occurs first. Once a filter’s media is exposed to water, there is a natural degradation so it should be replaced. This is the secondary internal filter. The Life Ionizer filter #2 contains a filter media that reduces the remaining sediment. This filter incorporates our proprietary Vitamin C Ceramic Block Technology which helps to reduce chloramines and chlorine – combined with a layer of Advanced Activated Carbon to further reduce bacteria & chlorine.
