How do I order replacement cartridges for this specific product

Answer:

I had the same issue with my unit years after installation. There is verbiage in the older documentation that is easy to overlook, however, it states explicitly that the drain line for the brine FROM the faucet TO the saddle (drain) "must" be a continuous downward slope from the faucet to the drian pipe saddle and "never" have a droop below the saddle. This is an "air-gap" faucet for your sanitary protection and the brine drain line is gravity fed, ergo, any droop or non-continuous downward sloping of the drain line may cause the "air-gap vent" in the rear of the faucet to weep. After years of installation I thought mine was worn or broken but alas found that the drain line had gotten bumped at some point and was now sagging. I just simply propped it back up to maintian a continuous downward slope and the unit stopped leaking/venting.

Answer:	If you cannot get it to stop leaking, you have a problem with your drain line. It’s the larger black line that goes into a Y. Make sure it’s straight and not bent or kinked. Needs to be a straight as possible to the drain. Had the same issue.
