Answer:	This tank is really intended as a replacement of a failed (or perceived failed) one that looks like the Anaheim,except for color and labels. In that case installation is very simple. If you are intending to use this tank in a new installation, without an existing separate hot water faucet , then the installation will be more difficult since you will have to purchase the faucet somewhere and make connections to the house water supply. For such an installation you should by a kit that has a tank that looks like the Anaheim and the faucet as well. Then there will be instructions on how to install it.
Question:	Does the pump cone with product? Can you use any 5 gallon water bottle or do you neef special bottle and where do you order
Answer:	Yes, I saw the erroneous garbage disposal response too. The AH-1300 has only a one-year warranty, although you can buy an extended warranty if you wish. Our original unit operated fine for about five years before giving out. We've had the replacement, current one for a year now, and it's still functioning as advertised. A new, replacement unit isn't all that expensive, but if you have to have a plumber install it, that'll drive the cost up significantly. The plumber will probably be more than the heater.

Answer:	This one does not. I haven't found a reliable one yet that lets you use your own tap water and whatever filter. My old Elkay used 2 Brita filters, but it is about 8 years old and not what it used to be. If you happen to find one, please let us know!

Answer:	No, the unit does not have a 5 gallon jug. We use Crystal Springs Bottles now, but most should fit. We have used several others that worked well too.

Answer:	I have had the same problem. It was in the faucet. The on off lever does not turn off flow but the tank was OK. I assume all you need is to replace the faucet which should be available without a new tank.

Answer:	The water runs through a hot water tank. I doubt it would work just for filtered water.

Answer:	I have it set to the last "dot" before max, and an instant read thermometer reads 175-177 for water directly from the tap (into a mug). For comparison, I tested coffee that just finishing brewing, and that was about 172-175.

Answer:	It has feet on the bottom and also two keyhole slots on the back so you can hang it on the wall of your under-sink cabinet.

Answer:	With a 3 tube dispenser, the valve or handle only controls cold water to the tank and the hot water tube connects to the spout, is always open and also acts as a vent. When you turn the valve on, it forces cold water into the tank which causes the hot water in the tank to come out the spout.
Question:	Do I need to purchase the power supply cord for this product or is it out-of-box ready, needing only a faucet
Answer:	Not 100% sure but I think it is. I have been using it on a RO system for 2 years with no issues.
Question:	Is it a direct rplcmt for Model SST (easy, no tools, same hoses, etc.)? Does it take more space than the SST
Answer:	This is the tank only and does not include the silicon tube from the tank to the faucet. I used this with a Tomlinson Contemporary Hot and Cold Water Faucet with 3 tubes. The first tube comes from the water supply into the faucet. The second one goes from the faucet into the tank and the third is the hot water supply from the tank.

Question:	Just bought this and had installed by my contractor. It turns out that the hot water tastes sour . Is there something wrong with the product I bought? something wrong with the way it was installed? or do I just need another filter or something. It is brand new, never used, so I'm not sure why I would need another filte
Answer:	I did not have that problem with mine I purchased two months ago. Does your hot water coming out of your kitchen faucet also taste sour. If not I would suggest running all the water out of the hot water tank and letting itfill back up and try it then. Or call Insinkerators support line or live chat and see if they have any suggestions or return for a new one
Question:	Can both hot and cold water run at the same time? I want to blend the hot and cold so I can wash my hands
Answer:	Just to be clear, you should not be washing your hands with this faucet - that is not its intended usage. The water gets extremely hot (i.e. boiling) and whether or not it mixes with any other water, it is not intended for washing hands. Also, the product does not produce COLD water; rather, it pulls water from your regular tap, and whatever temperature that water is, that's what you get when you pull the "cold" lever - it does not chill your tap water. Again, for that reason, if you wash your hands using the hot lever, you will burn yourself. Finally, this is a very slow flow faucet, as the faucet itself is very thin, so you will not get very good pressure for the purpose of washing hands. It is intended for and good at producing water for filling a glass or mug. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Backwards away from the sink. Travel is about 1.25" back from full off to full on.
Question:	What is the range of temperature (in Fº) adjustment
Answer:	I'm not sure what the temperature range is, but it's hot enough to make soup, instant coffee, etc. overall it's a great product and worth the money. The only issue to watch out for is the thickness of your countertops. If they are too thick it will need recessed which can be difficult with granite or similar .

Answer:	I have had the same problem. It was in the faucet. The on off lever does not turn off flow but the tank was OK. I assume all you need is to replace the faucet which should be available without a new tank.

Answer:	It is probably a small "O" ring, available at any good hardware store. If it's still under warranty, best to contact them first. It's a bit tricky to put back together if you take it apart.

Answer:	No. It is just a lever - left side is the Hot & right side is the Cold. Our system is at the very back of our sink, and our children were teenagers when we first purchased this product.

Answer:	The cold water is cold, but not too cold; just tap water cold. The hot water is at least 190 degrees and I can adjust it hotter if I choose.

Answer:	When installed, the top of the faucet is just under 9 inches above the counter top (or sink lip), the spout where the water exits the spout is 5 1/2 inches above the top of the counter and the center of the water exit is about 5 inches from the center of the mounting hole in the counter top. In other words, the water flows about 5 inches from the center of the mounting hole. Hope this helps.

The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5FILTER) with a water line that can be attached to your water source.
