Answer:	The gooseneck part of the spout of ours does work, but the sprayer head isn’t designed to. I did note in the installation instructions that it is important for the threaded shank that goes through the hole in the sink or countertop to not be touching any metal (other than the clip from the solenoid).
Question:	Does this come with the plate for 3 hole installation? I see that it supports 1 and 3 hole installation but I see no mention of the accessories being included for the 3 hole mounting in this package. Anyone have info on this

Answer:	Doesn't matter what the reach is. What you want to know is where the WATER hits the basin. Most faucets shoot the water at an angle depending on the pressure setting at the handle. Do you generally use a light stream or full on? Where the water hits at which pressure is what you ideally would want to know. It's not an issue with cheap faucets that point straight down. Personally, I like the water to hit the center of the drain when at full force so that it doesn't splash all over the place.

Answer:	The arctic stainless finish has a higher polished finish than standard stainless finish , the arctic stainless looks like a higher quality of stainless steel.Please be aware that this faucet is quite large and has a very sculptural/fluted spray head. The photo is deceiving as you cannot see this design feature.The photo looks much sleeker and cleaner than the actual product , see what the other reviewers have to say about this. Had I known about this I would have selected another faucet like the Kohler K-596 VS , will replace with the Kohler when we do our remodel later this year.
