Answer:	There are two different versions one round and one elongated. But beware the bowl to tank gaskets are not sold in stores so in 5-10 years when yours need replacing you will have to order them. So compare this unit with others that may be more standard in their parts.

Answer:	Keeney 3" flapper is well made and fit toto drake toilet. I ended up replacing toto drake toilet with american standard cadet 3 (home depot $100) which has been great (9 months) especially compared to toto drake. I retained Keeney 3" flapper as replacement in the future.

Answer:	This was written in my gerber tank: Call 1-888-648-6466 for flapper # 99-827 Engraved numbers in the tank: 141223 299 I was able to use the product. It is almost too tall but I was able to adjust the floater to the right height to work for me...I was about 2-3 clicks from the last click. My tank has a water level and my water is set at that level. I also set the actual flapper to #4 setting if that helps
