Answer:	Installation is easy! you will need power and water. you do not need a hot water line. I bought this replacing an older Toto model which was about 14 years old so the installation was quite easy. all you do is plug it in to the outlet, secure the seat to the toilet bowl and attach the water line to the water source!

Answer:	A 2 year old question but as a 4-5 year user of the BB1000 (a fantastic seat) and now using the BB2000 (also a fantastic seat), I will answer for future potential customers, especially since this was something I was concerned with before ordering the BB2000...The posterior pressure is lower than the BB1000 but not that big a difference at the default setting. The middle/third of five (default) setting is about equal to the 2/5 setting on the BB1000. The enema pressure is quite a lot lower as I tried it out and 4/5 seems like what 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 is. Note that 1/5 or 2/5 on the BB1000 enema seemed plenty so this feature at 4/5 or 5/5 on the BB2000 should do the job for most.Even though the pressure on the BB2000 is lower, the posterior stream appears to be wider and feels 'nicer' since it is a single hole that is larger than the combined 3 pinholes that the BB1000 uses and I think they may use more aeration with the BB2000. Cleaning is also just as effective as it is on the BB1000 and again, the stream feels nicer.

Answer:	This may come across as a bit cheeky... but, I believe that you can easily integrate the BB2000 with Alexa using a Global Cache WiFi to IR https://www.amazon.com/Global-Cache-WF2IR-iTach-Wi-Fi/dp/B0051BU418 and the Homeseer home automation system. It would allow you to say, "Alexa, tell Homeseer to run the event, 'wash my butt'" and Homeseer would then send the appropriate IR commands to the BB2000. It could of course be awkward if someone from the hallway shouted the command while an unsuspecting user were in the middle of relieving themselves. But to answer the question, using a few other components available through Amazon, it is possible to fully automate the experience.

Answer:	I used on a toilet, oval and they were so thin and uncomfortable and never actually used and returned. U should be able to remove seat and replace with round and then get one that is 2" . (never heard of square. WEIrd.( Round or oval cover is so much Better, comfortable, attached with velcro. Look for Catholic charities in your area. We have Lending Comforts, then you can get a commode. It call your wife's doctor,get a script. insurance covers adaptive equipment, even medicare. Answer:	I returned this particular toilet seat as it did not fit my KOHLER toilet. Ended up going with a different seat. Toilet seats are very unique to the toilet you have and I have found that in many cases they are no interchangeable as you might think. Answer:	This is a difficult question to answer because of the interpretation of the question. With the seat and the cover closed the unit is just about 2 inches thick - that is to say the top of the cover is about 2 inches off of the porcelain of the toilet. However, if you do not include the cover the seat measures about 1 & 1/2 inches off of the toilet porcelain. Then of course please consider that the actual seat has protective bumpers on the bottom to cushion the seat from the toilet porcelain. Those bumpers are about a 1/4 of an inch think. Hope this helps.

Best one I found was the all “Moen 1222HD Commercial Heavy-Duty Brass Shell PosiTemp One-Handle Tub Shower or Shower-Only Faucet Cartridge Replacement” worth the slightly extra cost for the all brass HD part. Money well spent.
