Answer:	The bottom of my shower door sits in a metal guide. I had to lift my door off of the metal guide in order to replace the gasket that snaps onto the bottom. My glass door is extremely heavy so what started out as a one person job quickly turned into a two person job.

Answer:	Are you asking how far the lip of the drip rail hangs below the top of the shower curb? If, like myself, you have a 3/4" thick marble threshold saddle on top of your shower's curb, the lip on the drip rail hangs down to within about 1/4" of the bottom of the threshold saddle. FWIW, we have no issues whatsoever with shower water leaking or splashing underneath the drip rail.

Answer:	Mine measures one half inch. The rail width is somewhat flexible and will accommodate slight variation in glass width. It needs to be snug in order to attach (slide on) properly. Hope that helps.

Answer:	it was very simple, assuming there is blocking in the wall behind the door rails. You will simply mark a plumb line for the face of the hinge rail, attach (caulk behind) with screws through shower enclosure to blocking. hang the door, slip the two piece strike rail together and fit to door. Magnet strips should make a good fit. Mark face of this rail, caulk and screw. Then adjust for best fit/look with the set screws in the slip fittings and your done.

Answer:	With the design of its hings, the door doesn't go much beyond 90 degrees. It will go over a bit, maybe half an inch, if you push it, but it won't just "swing" beyond 90 degrees. Hope this help!

Answer:	Did you screw the retainer into the tub? If you read my original evaluation, I called the company and complained because I refused to screw into the run or floor plan as suggested. If u screwed into the tub, you might have compromised the integrity of the protective coating. My suggestion at this point is to remove the hardware clean it thoroughly with a light grit sandpaper and touch up the area with a rust-oleum paint or rust stop. Then, make sure u use plenty of silicone to waterproof the area. They should never instruct to screw into the tub or any floor pan.

Answer:	I installed it inside a shower wall at the top to let natural light in for the application I used it for I used 1x6 and made a box trimmed around window frame with quarter round it worked great for mounting the window I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to mount this window in any direction the only thing about mounting it sideways would be the direction the window opens if you are using for a vent window it should work fine if you have limited space for a window that opens turning it vertical should have no effect on opening the window properly. If the top of your tub wall was not straight, water would get under the glass when using the shower. BTW we love the look of this shower door! We do have it installed in a bath that is not a daily use shower so can't speak to how it would be to use every day. But we love that it allows us to see the beautiful (and expensive) marble tile we installed in the tub/shower area. hope this helps!

Question:	can this be used on a swing out shower door
Answer:	this is made for a swing out shower door...( like your house front door)..
Question:	how does it attach
Answer:	The "T" structure at the top slides into a slot on the bottom of the shower door. Take one end of the bottom seal and push the "T" into the slot at the open end of the door.
Question:	Will the T fit a slot 1/8" wide
Answer:	I managed to pull it into a 3/32 slot (smaller than 1/8), but wow, it took some time....VERY tight fit. The good thing is that it's unlikely to move or buckle.
Question:	how do you apply it? With what kind of glue
Answer:	I used a waterproof glue for obvious reasons. If you ever have to take it off you can just use a razor blade or 0000 steelwool

Question:	Do you have to drill into the tub to install this
Answer:	As I remember from the instructions, it's not mandatory to drill a hole in the tub, but is recommended. I did. If you choose not to, you're relying on the silicon caulk to hold the bottom rail of the enclosure in place. If you really don't want to drill the hole, try the caulk alone. If the bottom rail starts to shift with use, drill the hole. Of course, this would necessitate disassembly and I'm not sure how easy that would be.
Question:	What’s the difference with the aqua (non ultra) frameless door
Answer:	The Aqua but door has a bracket at the bottom of the stationary panel that holds the panel into place, along with a more pronounced wall profile system. The Aqua Ultra stationary panel is installed with U-channels for a more streamed line look. The Aqua Ultra hinges have a little different shape to them, also. Please enlarge the photos on your computer monitor to clearly see the differences.
Question:	what are the dimensions of the packaging that the shower door arrives in? I need to know if it will fit in my car
Answer:	The dimensions of the packaging for the Aqua Ultra Tub Door is approximately 62''x 33''x 9''.
Question:	The plastic that lines the inside of the door is warped again.This happened a year ago but I can't remember how/where where I got a replacement
