Answer:	I don't know, but I have purchased and use this particular product. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to raise their shower head or extend it out towards the middle of the shower.
Question:	Will the "elbows" hold a double shower head with a rainfall and handheld head
Answer:	Yes, I initially mounted a shower head, handheld shower with 6 foot steel hose, and diverter fixture - the elbows could hold the weight, and yet still be easily adjustable by pushing and pulling up and down without constantly loosening / tightening the two wingnut fittings. However, I eventually changed that configuration and mounted the double fitting back towards the wall -- got tired of having shower head / handheld head / 6 foot hose / diverter assembly "in my face" whenever I pull the whole busy assembly forward toward me. Again, the weight of all that stuff was never a problem for this extension arm. Tip -- I Never had a leaking problem (owned and used for a year now) -- NEVER Over-Tighten - instead, just use MORE Teflon tape and the leaks WILL stop. Honest opinion -- I'm not an employee or a compensated reviewer.

Answer:	I did not notice any change in water pressure, but it did eat up one of the rubber washers when I installed it and I had to buy a better quality (tougher) washer.
Question:	I am not familiar with installing these things, but do you need teflon tape
Answer:	Yes! And wrap it around three times. I also like to put a thin coat of liquid Teflon (another plumbers' supply) on the threads before I put the tape on. If you need to use plyers to tighten the swivel wing nuts be sure to protect the wings with a cloth before gripping with the plyers.

Answer:	Absolutely. It's designed to just be an extension or replacement of the existing wall fitting. All shower head fittings are 1/2"NPT (1/2 inch diameter, National Pipe Thread). This is the standard.

Answer:	Maybe....we are pushing our's with a very large round rain head. The rain head probably weighs a couple pounds. Sorry, not more definite but we are very careful not to touch the set-up as it's not as secure at the hinges as we'd like. I guess, I should also add that the hinges seem more secure the higher up you set the arm.....this movement does add stability. It is a beautiful arm and we've had countless compliments on it. Good luck.....can always return it ;)

Answer:	There are pivoting joints at each end of the arm. The shaft is able to be angled nearly completely vertical with the shower head pointed straight up at the ceiling or straight down at the floor if you want it to.
Question:	Can I chain two of these together effectively doubling the length
Answer:	I bought this extension as I thought it would be nice to stand OTHER THAN in my regular place in the shower / tub. I was wrong and reverted back to only arm supplied with the shower head that came with it. When using TWO of these 10" extensions together ... one must tightened EXCESSIVELY for them to "stay put" in the position you want ... but even that is IFFY ... they will begin to sag because of their weight. I suggest the one 10" extension and that's all with your rain shower head.

Answer:	I don’t know exactly how to answer your question, but it’s a very flexible joint. There’s lots of movement in all directions (within the confines of a bath/shower stall).

Answer:	I do not know. When I installed mine I used Teflon plumbers tape as an added measure to protect from leaks. Regarding the ball joint seal I would think that it would last a long time, as long as the water pressure from the street isn’t too high, and you keep your shower head clean and occasionally soak it in vinegar to get rid of the hard water deposits.

Answer:	I used this material (recommended) to install 6 glass windows in my garage door both front and back on glass. Perfect for weather tight and glass cushioning. I would recommend this material for a skylight instillation. It is soft cushioning, adheres to glass, water poof and remains elastic in hot or cold applications. I am not a professional but this is what I would use.

Answer:	It would, but as a fellow RV Owner, I would not use any type of latex caulk on my RV. It just doesn't hold up as well as the specially designed sealants made for an RV. Answer:	I'm not sure what the NRR is for this particular ear protection. I got them because they are also thin. I've always worn additional in-the-ear protection. There is another 3M product with a rating of 28 dB: 3m Peltor Optime 105 behind-the-head earmuff with neckband h10b also sold on Amazon.

Answer:	This is plastic but I haven't had any problem with it.
Question:	Is this Item really BRASS or as some described, is it brass plated
Answer:	No, it is plastic as most of them are. It worked perfectly for me! It holds my previous handheld with no problems. I am not hard on things, so it is functioning fine for me.

Question:	How much weight will this hold? my rain head is 1.3 pounds before any water goes through it. wonder if this will hold it. Thanks
Answer:	The battery died after 10 minutes of use for me. I was able to utilize the air compressor for two tires when the battery gave out attempting to inflate the third tire. I charged the battery for two hours as directed. Any suggestions as to what is the problem or this might be a dud. It does get very hot and I let it cool off for five minutes with each tire. Very disappointed with this product !
Question:	What does shower arm screw into
Answer:	Yes. The instructions indicate the required pause sequences. It does get hot.
Question:	does it matter which end screw into wall fixture. both ends look the same
Answer:	A presta valve adapter is listed in the accompanying parts list, and I believe I see one in there though, thankfully, I haven't used one for years (I ride hybrids now).
