Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, we recommend to turn off the t-valve after every use. Otherwise there would be constant water pressure on the hose and sprayer. You can however turn the t-valve to a lower water pressure setting and leave it on - that way you will always get water but at a lower pressure.

Answer:	You need to do a search for your phone specifically. I bought it because it fit my phone, VX9200 ENV3. I can't say what will fit yours. Even tho this battery was supposed to be red, the one I received was black.

Answer:	I don't think the PuriCare filters have a carbon layer. You'll need carbon to pull VOC's out of the air. This filter has a high grade mesh to block particulates but will let VOC's pass through (since they're gasses, the mesh doesn't block them). Some larger air purifiers have a "carbon pre-filter" that does just that - absorbs VOC's before the air enters the particulate filter, so you end up taking both dust and VOC's out of the air.

Question:	Follows the install directions perfectly, but the t-valve where it connects to the toilet leaks no matter what I try. Any advice on on how to fix it
Answer:	The top part of the T-valve where it screws to the toilet might not have been screwed on straight, in my case it was very hard to screw on vertically-- you could see that if you look at it. It took me several attempts to fit it straight. Most toilets have plastic thread which makes it worst because the T-valve is metal which might damage the plastic thread, if that happened you'd have to carefully saw off the damaged part and hopefully you'll have enough thread left to install the t-valve.

Answer:	Depends - most of the bidets i have encountered are internal to the toilet bowl. this is an external hose that ties into the initial plumbing line before it even enters the toilet. this device is more akin to a sink sprayer/hose. however if you have a bidet that is a hose, than i imagine there isn't a great difference. But the external hose allows you to move around and flush more stuff

STEP 1: TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY

Turn OFF the water supply valve at the wall next to your toilet. Twist it clockwise as far as it will go. Flush the toilet and hold down the handle to completely empty the toilet tank.

STEP 2: MAKE SURE THERE IS A RUBBER WASHER INSIDE BOTH THE FEMALE ENDS

Confirm that the flat rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet’s T-valve (hint: the top of the T-valve is where the spinning nut is located), and it is pushed all the way down to tighten the connection.

STEP 3: CONNECT THE T-VALVE AND THE HOSES

Screw the top of the T-valve onto the toilet’s fill valve where you just unscrewed the water supply hose. Be careful not to over-tighten the connections. Screw the toilet’s water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve. Connect one end of the handheld bidet hose to the side of the T-valve. Screw the bidet sprayer head onto the other end of the bidet hose.

STEP 4: TURN ON THE WATER SUPPLY & MOUNT THE SPRAYER

Turn the water supply valve back on. If you notice that any connection is loose or leaking, you may need to add some plumber’s tape. If you’re leak-free, your hand-held bidet sprayer is installed and ready for use!

Toilet Mount: Screw the holder onto the toilet tank clip. Lift up the toilet tank lid, slide the clip onto the side of the tank, and replace the lid.

Wall Mount: Use the drywall screws and anchors to attach the holder to the wall.

Question:	What’s the warranty? Bought one of these may 2018 is leaking already
Answer:	You have options, ask the seller if they offer longer hoses, Home Depot might have a modification ( you would need to have the Bidet with you, or a handyman that is good in this area. This is an excellent Bidet if you can get it to work for you.
Question:	So I'm confused. Is this hose stainless steel or brushed nickel? According to the description, it seems to be both
Answer:	This attaches to your sink faucet. One direction will open up the water to flow through the aerator into the sink, like normal. The other direction will direct the water through the diverter to the hose/sprayer. The water is not continuous because you will turn the bathroom sink water off when complete.
Question:	Will this work on Price Pfister units
Answer:	Installation took me about 2 minutes -- including a bit of brush-scrubbing the existing fitting after removing the aerator, so it would be nice and clean. Water pressure is awesome, we'll be using it with the tap only partly open because full-open it's a real blast! No leaks, even with pressure on the hose and the sprayer off. I just hand-tightened all fittings, using an existing washer in the tap (there's another supplied in the box, but I didn't need it as our tap already had one on the aerator) and the supplied washers on the hose and fittings.

Question:	Is lever easy to depress? i have als and limited strength in hands and fingers
Answer:	Once you press it it is easy, and if you leave the lever it goes back by itself. I bought this Bidet for my 6 years old daughters, and they have not complained about the strength of pressing it, I had one before with hard lever that's why I change it to this one.
Question:	Can you adjust the spray intensity with the sprayer itself, or do you have to adjust it on the water line
Answer:	Yes, the water flow from the sprayer can be intensified by holding the sprayer lever all the way done. On the flip side, one can create a very gentle flow by easing off the sprayer. You will never have to adjust the knob at the water line.
Question:	I do not want to sound like a complete moron, but do you squirt yourself from the front or the back
Answer:	No you don't sound like a moron! This is a very good question, you can squirt both front and back because the handheld shower hose is long.
Question:	Do you have to shut off the valve after each use, or is shutting off the sprayer itself sufficient for it not to leak
Answer:	It is recommended you shut off the valve when not using. While the hose and sprayer are built with solid construction, keeping them under continuous pressure is not advised. This is not to say you need to run back home and turn off the valve if are you are going to be away from the house for a few hours. However, shutting off the valve after each use will keep your bidet set in optimal shape for the long run.
