Answer:	My Bidet is for a round commode. The bolts fit easily. Please make sure you know what type of Commode you have.

Answer:	Yes u can buy that at most major home improvement/hardware stores. I had to replace the one that came with unit as well since it leaked on install. Teflon tape didnt fix. The t-valve i purchased at homedepot for $5.99 was definitely higher quality and solved my leaking issue.

The ms920cemfg#01 model does not have a traditional tank and is flushed via pushbotton or the remote.

Answer:	It won't flush while you're doing your thing including wiping. Use case #1 - If you're a man or peeing standing up, when you walk into the bathroom or near the toilet, the lid automatically lifts up. On the remote (I mounted mine next to the toilet on the wall) you click the life seat button which lifts the seat up. After you're done and you walk away, the toilet auto-flushes about 3-5 seconds after. Use case #2 - When the lid goes up, you can sit down, do you business and when you walk away, it will flush as well similar to use case #1. You can change all these times as well via the remote. If you're spending time in the bathroom shaving, etc...it will keep the seat from going down but not flushing...it will always flush. Hope this helps.

So unfortunately, this does not solve the problem for you. The only solution at this time is to disable one or both of these auto features. For example, you could disable the auto open and close feature and close the lid manually after flushing. • Step 1 - Remove your current seat.
• Step 2 - Install the WASHLET base plate. The rubber grommets can be lubricated with water if needed. Tighten the screws completely.
• Step 3 - Slide the WASHLET onto the base plate. Check the fit on your toilet and readjust the base plate as needed. A quick release button on the right-hand side allows for easy removal.
• Step 4 - Connect the tee connector to your fill valve inlet. Connect the WASHLET hose and reconnect the water supply hose.

Fits Most North American Toilets

• The WASHLET fits most toilets that feature a standard design.
• Check the dimensions of your toilet to ensure proper fit and installation.
• French curves may inhibit proper installation of the WASHLET. Check to ensure adequate space across the width of the tank.
• Be sure that you are able to access the tank's fill valve inlet in order to complete the water connection. Extenders are available if space is limited.

Answer:	Hello, The Ultramax II toilet is a 12 inch rough-in and cannot be modified to a 10 inch. Take a look at the Eco Drake or Aquia models that are available in a 10 inch version. TOTO does make a few skirted models that can be adapted to a 10 inch with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The toilets that use TOTO adapter TSU01W.10R are the Carlyle II, Carolina II, and Vespin II. The toilets that use TOTO adapter TSU03W.10R are the Eco Guinevere, Aimes, Legato, Eco Lloyd, and Eco Soiree. Our new Aquia IV uses the TSU08W.10 adapter.
