Question:	Does this work with Koehler Santa Rosa elongated toilets
Answer:	IT should work with almost any toilet, as long as it has a standard water connection. Elongated or round should not matter. What you want to be aware of is that the does matter. If you are using the stock one that came with the toilet, it will probably sit wrong on the luxe bidet and eventually break it. Go to your store of choice and invest in a quality toilet seat that has a flat bottom. I found that the only ones that were right were made of wood -- plastic were always tapered, and the back part of the seat will press on the luxe bidet and over time, it will develop stress fractures. With my replacement, I carefully chose a new seat and it fits perfectly. Since I did that, it works flawlessly.
Question:	My toilet has a solid brass water supply line, which will need to be replaced with a braided steel hose. Does this bidet kit include that hose
Answer:	Since this hose is generally not needed, the box does not include it anymore. However, I=if you will need this hose, you may contact us on the Luxe Bidet website and we will be able to ship you this hose for free.

Answer:	The Neo 120 comes with 1 nozzle which has a fixed spray. If you're interested in a dual nozzle bidet that cleans both front and back (regular + women's wash), we would highly recommend the Neo 180 or 185 models.
Question:	why did you jack up the price? now i cant afford it
Answer:	I have purchased 4 of this item in the past 4 months. The first one purchased in November, paid $32.35, 2nd and 3rd in February and March 10th for same price $32.35. The 4th just 4 days later March 14th I paid $81.88. Now if that is not price gouching I don’t know what is. It’s ridiculous I bought these items for elderly people who absolutely needed the bidet. I would hope that the seller has scruples and refunds me the difference from first 3 to what I paid for 4th.

Question:	What size hole do I need to drill on the vanity for the hot water line? Is it very visible
Answer:	I had the 180 with the on/off lever. One early morning in the dark, my leg brushed against the lever and lifted it as I stood up and I didn't notice. Flooding everywhere. I am now buying the 185 with the twist knob to prevent any more expensive accidents. But I love the cleanliness this thing does for me and haven't used TP in years. Really sailed through the Covid toilet paper panic of early 2020. It takes about a week to get used to the cold water spray, but I never feel as clean with TP I have to use outside the home as I do with my bidet.
Question:	Will this work with bleach tablets put in the tank? I don't want my bum to make regular contact with bleached water
Answer:	I have a Kohler toilet that came with their seat and it works fine. Most seats should fit since the bideit only uses up 1/2 inch of space. Note that when choosing your seat check the bolts that come with the seat. If the bolts are short,less than 1 1/2 inces ,choose a different seat since the bidet takes up an extra 1/2 of the seat bolt.
Question:	Is it really worth the extra work and money for this one vs. the VI110 model? How important is the warm water
Answer:	The nozzles are side by side and drop down only when activated. When the knob is turned to Wash, the regular cleaning nozzle will drop down. When the knob is turned to Women, the women's nozzle will drop down. The women's nozzle has a slightly lower angle and softer spray.
Question:	What do you do while waiting for the hot water to arrive from the heater tank
Answer:	Try switching to a different toilet seat. I set up two of them with the most expensive, self-closing, easy removal for cleaning, seats (one American Standard and one Kohler) and had the same problem that you have. I tried everything that Luxe suggested to fix exactly the problem you had and was not successful until I replaced the seats with much less expensive, but also self-closing and easy to remove for cleaning, Bemis seats. (They come in both round and elongated and it says "justlift" on the box.) With the American Standard and Kohler seats, the attachment from the seat to the bowl includes a heavy plastic molding between the screws that presses the front of the bidet frame down, angling the nozzles down so that the water shoots out between the bowl and the seat (and onto your clothing!). With the Bemis seat, the nozzle does not get pressed down when you sit down and the water stays directed where it needs to go. Hope this helps and saves you the hours of time and wasted work that it took us to figure this out.

Question:	what is the difference in the luxe 180 and
Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	I had mine for 18 months before the bottom ripped. However, we kept it hanging in a shower with 5 large shampoo bottles and shaving cream. We packed it so heavy I expected it to rip long before it did.
Question:	Product states it's a dual nozzle. Are both nozzles situated on the same mechanism? How does the female nozzle work
Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.
Question:	The space between the seat and toilet water goes straight threw it. What can I do about it? I've had the water soak my shorts a few times

2. Make sure that you have a wrench in hand and you can use it to connect your toilet with your water supply by the flexible hose.
3. For testing the sprayer, please turn on the water very slowly so that you can check before it leaks.

Q2: Why did the T-adapter connector leak when I finish installing the handheld bidet?

A2: Please add the rubber gasket into the T-adapter that can avoid leaking when you connect the T-adapter and hose.

Answer:	There is a strong braided metal hose with metal attachments. Depending on your particular toilet, they provided various “fittings” to chose from in the packet. One is a very hard plastic, the other is metal. We needed the plastic one. Our plumber/contractor said it is very strong. Not to worry. Just use plumbers tape at all the areas and make sure to REALLY tighten it. We have these on all 3 toilets and no problems. The part inside the toilet that sprays seems to be plastic (but I’m hit getting my face down there to check while it’s on -haha) We love this style of bidet! I hope that answered.
