The shower filter components are arranged in such a way as not to impede the flow of water and create excess pressure before the filter. But if you have a lot of sediments, you may need to backwash often to avoid a decrease in water flow. Now, please try to open the shower filter housing, take out the cartridges for backwashing for a few minutes, and then install it back into the shower filter housing, pls note that three o-rings must be restored.Besides, there's a detailed instruction inside the box. Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Activated carbon filters can remove low levels of sulfur sediment, manganese, and iron. However, maintenance and replacement of filter systems are very high because sulfur, iron, manganese and other suspended materials in the water soon clog the filter. So, while it may reduce the iron, it will not completely eliminate it and may require more frequent filter changes.
Question:	Does this shower head have really good water pressure? My hair is abnormally thick and I can’t stand hard water + how long it takes to wash my hair
Answer:	No home filters are rated to take out heavy metals, the manufacturers don't want to get sued if you have excessive contamination that they can't completely remove. You should try the filter for three days, then take a water sample and send it to the lab to see how many contaminants are left.

Answer:	This is not a gravity filter. This filter works by water pressure forcing it through various chambers inside , I’m sure it will work even if its installed at any angle. That being said I won’t recommend this , ive had it for just about 6 months now and every time I use it rusty brown water comes out then clears , EVERY TIME . I complained to the company, the customer service rep says the same thing occurs in the one that she has in her own house. They are aware of this issue but will not do anything about it.

It does not have a selection of patterns such as soaker, flat, angled, mist, shower or jet. Besides the direct stream from the faucet the only other spray pattern on the faucet head would probably best resemble the shower stream pattern found on your garden hose nozzle. Hope that helps you.

Answer:	Mine came with one filter that was inside the shower head already and fell out when I was working with the shower head. It is rather small, about an inch and a half in diameter,, white. You may have it and not recognize it . Check the ads for replacement filters and see if you have one inside your shower head.

Answer:	Hello! Thank you for your question! Our shower filter is mainly designed for removing from water chlorine. But included in the filter components, such as active carbon, is able to partially reduce the amount of copper in the water.

Answer:	After two months of use it slowed water pressure very much. I had to put in a new filter to restore water pressure. FIlter is supposed to last six months. I took about 100 showers with the filter before it died.

Precaution for Use

1. Each filter cartridge will last for six months. If the water quality is poor, the life of the filter cartridge will be shortened.

2. To remove the carbon powder from the surface, allow the water to pass through the filter for 5-10 minutes before use.

3. The shower filter is suitable for well water because it also removes excess heavy metals.

4. If there are abnormal conditions such as water pressure decrease, it should be dismantled in time to prevent blockage.

You can calculate the lifespan of the shower filter as follows: 10,000 / (Number of showers per day x Duration of shower x GPM of shower head) = Total number of days On average, Americans take one 8-10 minute shower per day, using a 2.4 GPM shower head. Additionally, the chlorine level of your water plays a part in the lifespan of the shower filter. If you have high levels of chlorine, then the lifespan of the shower filter may be reduced.
