Answer:	Yes. The selector knob will change the shower from the head (2 functions) to the handheld. There is a lever on the handheld that will change the spray pattern on the handheld.
Question:	How sturdy is the clip for the wand? Does it easily break? Does the shower head tend to move when removing and replacing wand
Answer:	Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.
Question:	Some people say the pressure is good with both heads on and some people say you can’t use both at the same time. Which is it? Can I use both heads
Answer:	The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.

Answer:	hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.

Answer:	Since the manual was published, the appearance of the flow restrictor has changed, and it's more difficult to remove. Although it is still in the same location at one end of the hose as pictured, it now consists of a white plastic x-ring retaining a smaller black o-ring inserted onto an orange plastic flow regulator. Once you unscrew the grey plastic filter and rubber washer covering it with needlenose pliers and set them aside, the best removal tool for grabbing, yanking out and getting rid of that entire flow restrictor assembly underneath that I've described is by piercing the whole thing with a winebottle corkscrew and pulling it out. Then screw the grey filter back in tight, gently tuck the rubber washer back down around it. Now screw the other end of that hose to your shower arm and hand tighten. Then screw the showerhead to the hose and hand tighten. Enjoy!

Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. No other info was provided. Good luck.

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Definitely an item I'd recommend to everyone and anyone interested based on performance.

Answer:	You can adjust the water level of the in wall tank by taking off the push plate to access the inner controls. There is a valve that controls the full level.

Answer:	The Veil is ordered as bowl only. A carrier (steel frame to support the bowl with integral cistern) and actuator (flush button assembly seen above bowl in image) are required for a functioning toilet.
