Question:	Is there any way to buy longer extensions arm that would fit existing parts
Answer:	Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.
Question:	Are the clear washers so the water don't come out so strong fills tub up fast
Answer:	The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.
Question:	How does the shower hooks attach to the wall
Answer:	hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.

Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. Answer:	Usually, just connect the shower head to the shower arm. If there is still a leak. Add some Teflon tape (with a small Teflon tape in the adjustment arm) or add a leak-proof pad. Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work
