Found metal version and much better hose (metal as well) in a local store. Hand shower + hose + mounting bracket was around $200. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hose no, hand held "cradle" no. There are two hoses available, one is a cheap plastic, the other is a real metal hose. But it is a very, very satisfactory shower hear, 3 settings, and one glorified dribble. My wife and I both like it a great deal.

Answer:	I checked my installed shower head and I don't see the flange noted in the picture. I paired the shower head with the Kohler KP-8593-CP 72-inch chrome shower hose. Both have been installed for two years and are still working well. As an aside, I would recommend the Moen A701 bracket to hold the shower head. I originally bought the Kohler bracket but it did not hold the shower head effectively.

Answer:	While I did not buy the Awaken hose, I did buy the Awaken cradle for the hose. The Awaken cradle could not hold the weight of the Flipside shower head. So, I bought a new cradle, Moen A701 Handshower Bracket, Chrome , which I used with the KOHLER K-8593-CP MasterShower 72-Inch Metal Shower Hose, Polished Chrome. I purchased the shower head, hose and cradle over one year ago and all are still working perfectively.

Answer:	Silver plastic - I ordered it expecting it to be metal but it is plastic. Searched everywhere for a metal showerhead, could not find one so just kept this one as it works very well and whilst plastic appears to be well made. Only had it a couple of months though.

Answer:	I wouldn't recommend it because the water comes out in a straight rectangular line. I suppose it would work, but being accustomed to round shower heads and water flow it would just feel weird to me.

Answer:	Yes, however the clearance of the bar and wall may not allow for a full 45 degrees. Shirt answer is, the wand attachment to the bar will allow for it to be tiled down. The amount of tile will depend on wall clearance.

Question:	What is the difference between model 26112srn and 26602srn? they look exactly the same
Answer:	I am wondering myself. It looks like one model goes by the series name "Engage" and the other by the series name "Attract". There is a Youtube video for Engage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvyKYaLaxBE and one for Attract: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O01e4SrmLsg The only difference I can make is that "Attract" is trade-marked (TM). It looks like both are 2 gallon per minute. On the videos, the Attract seems a bit easier to use with the selection of sprays through a button rather than the dial. The collar above the hand-held shower that allows it to "sit" on the fixed magnetic support seems bigger, and probably thus easier to return to the fixed dock when you have shampoo in your eyes. It may be that sellers are using the same photo of the Attract model on the older Engage model. I will go for the Attract model 26112SRN.
Question:	Is it plastic or metal?? What is the pressure of the water like
Answer:	There are 6 settings and some of them have higher pressure than others. The main setting, which is the wide spray, has the best balance of coverage and pressure. However, if you go to the most narrow spray, you can clean the shower or really get a good massage with it.Regarding the product, the hose is metal and the shower head itself is plastic with a chrome metallic finish. It is both durable and light-weight, making it very easy to handle.
Question:	Where is the flow restrictor located? Is it in the head itself? How tough is it to remove it
Answer:	The green cross restrictor is located in the bottom of the shower head. Just unscrew it from the hose and you will see it in the head. Use tweezers or like instrument to remove the metal circle, the white plastic cross and then the green restrictor. It all pops out so easily. Screw the head back onto hose. No leaks. It's all so easy!
Question:	Is there a water restrictor that can be removed for more pressure
Answer:	It is not recommended because the water restrictor is built into the bottom of the handheld where it connects to the hose. If you tried to remove it, it would require breaking a small piece that looks like a cross and retains the restrictors. This could lead to the shower head leaking from the point where it connects to the hose.
