Answer:	Mine was plastic too and after removing it a few times during moves it finally cracked. Answer:	I don’t think it does. However, because of the handheld, some areas require a vacuum breaker to stop the backflow in case the water pressure drops in the city water system, so you could simply install a vacuum break at the handheld, between the handheld hose and the wall connector.

Question:	Why is this shower head using so much hot water
Answer:	That's just the picture. The actual flow is a soft rainfall and uses a lot less water than my last shower head

Answer:	I believe it could be mounted from the ceiling, as long as you have a water line that it can be hooked to coming out of the ceiling.

Answer:	It does use a bit more water, but keep in mind there is more water surface to cover. We never took anything out of it when we installed it, and the water pressure was really good. So, if the restricter was in it, we like it.

Answer:	It is not a filter. It is simply a showerhead with a good speaker system. I have the 2.0 GPM version, and I have sufficient pressure for a nice shower experience.
Question:	can you answer the phone
Answer:	No. While you can hear the phone RINGER through the Moxie, you cannot answer the call or talk to the caller through it. You will also hear the "Beep" when a text or e-mail message arrives, or when your Calendar reminder tones go off (on the phone)-- but you can't take any action with them until you get out and dry off. :-) The Moxie is a one-way speaker that just acts as an extension (and amplifier) of the phone's speaker (but not its microphone i.e. the part into which you speak to a caller).
Question:	Can I adjust the volume right on the speaker
Answer:	You have to adjust the volume on the device you are using to connect to the speaker via bluetooth. I use my iPhone so I adjust the volume on that.

Answer:	I don't own the shower/faucet. I returned to Amazon after finding the State Inspectors would not approve installation due to the faucet having the potential to scald one while bathing. The faucet I received had no way to stop the flow of hot scalding water.

Answer:	It needs no body valve aside from the valve internal to the unit (and external to the wall), which is designed to mount on two 1/2" female pipe points, (hot and cold). The ring-shaped handle on the right side in the main illustration lifts up/down to manage flow and pivots left/right to manage temperature. This unit is surprisingly well-made and low-priced as well. The handle above the spout has three positions to select shower, tub, or telephone sprayer.

Answer:	The answer of course depends on what specific part of the code you’re talking about. However, any anti-scald features would have to be installed before the Fossett since there is no provision for modifying it internally.
