Question:	I cannot get my shower head to fit in the holder. it is too large for the holder. the holder is too small. do i have the wrong holder
Answer:	I haven't checked the water bill but it works like any restrictor valve, the difference is it does shoot out less water but at higher pressure. You can tell once you get the unit. I like the feel of the higher pressure stream, you can tell the difference with the rain stream. However this head does need to be taken apart and clean the flat metal piece periodically otherwise the flow starts to get blocked in some areas of the head. I also noticed sometimes that can be corrected not due to obstructions but simply taking apart and reassembly of the head itself would correct the issue. I'm not sure what causes it mechanically.
Question:	I can’t find anything in the installation instructions as to what to do with the Teflon tape. Where does it go
Answer:	Just like any hand-held shower head, there is the Female connector that fits over the male connector on your hose.
Question:	how long is the handle and is it lightweight
Answer:	No, I have not found it to be a mild laxative.
Question:	Does it have a pause feature
Answer:	YES, I have noticed that my hair, as well as my skin, is softer. We have really exceptional well water, but the little filter bead in the handle (which are replaceable) filter out even more mineral particles giving you softened water. It also filters out impurities such as chlorine, and other chemicals some cities use to kill bacterial agents in water.

Answer:	It has been a while since I bought mine, but if I remember correctly, it was easy. I always remove flow restrictors.

Answer:	We do not recommend using bleach to clean the shower head. Use a milder substance like vinegar instead. A 1-hour bath in a vinegar solution (e.g. 1 cup vinegar: 1 cup warm water) is enough to remove all mineral deposits from the shower head. If you prefer to leave the shower head attached to the pipe coming out of the wall, you can fill a plastic bag with vinegar and wrap it around the shower head. Secure the bag around the head with a rubber band, tape, or a twist tie. Leave the bag around the shower head 1 hour.
Question:	can I stop the water while showering
Answer:	No, the shower head cannot be paused or shut off entirely at the head since this would be against Uniform Plumbing Codes. (Plumbing codes require you to use the shower valve to completely shut off the water at the shower valve - not at the shower head itself - because most shower heads are not rated for the water pressure. Whether or not the shower head will actually overpressure and fail is another thing. In my opinion, it's not very likely, but those are the regulations.) You may use the water-saving feature of the shower head instead.

Question:	Is the hand held part and shower head metal or plastic
Answer:	It's chromed plastic, but that's not really a problem. As long as you don't drop it on a stall shower floor, it won't break. The main problem with mine is that I bought mine back in October 2015. About a month ago (Jan 2020) the hose started leaking up near the shower head and the flexible metal conduit around the hose seems to be all that's holding it together. That's about 2-1/4 years of use, and I'll probably have to replace it soon.
