Answer:	NO. I bought it to do the grout in my tile and it worked well after I found the right cleaner. There are other ones out there with longer handles so you would not get splashed. It is a godsend for the older person.

Answer:	Of course, it depends on the abrasiveness of the surface. I use it weekly. Some heads I haven’t used. I mostly use the main brush. I scrub kitchen and bath tile floors. I think it would depend on how much pressure you apply as the unit is very light. I have not replaced any yet.

Answer:	Just one. I wouldn't order this. The pad is so stiff that it doesn't do the corners of the tub very well. I had one from Vermont Country Store that worked much better and will be ordering another one to replace this one.

Answer:	All saws of this nature vibrate. Of the saws I have used this has the least vibration. It can be easily used with one hand.

Answer:	The M18 Hackzall (Fuel) has a longer cut stroke (⅞”) versus the M12 version which I believe is ½” stroke. I have become a fan of the Diablo Pruning Recip Blades for cutting tree branches/small limbs. I discovered that the M12 couldn’t cut small branches as well as the M18 (using either blade (9inch & 12inch pruning blades). It wasn’t due to lack of cutting power in this particular application, but the shorter cutting stroke.
