Answer:	The shower head and sprayer should rarely if ever need to be cleaned depending on the hardness of your water.Why no cleaning is needed ,the water comes thru silicone jets, and the silicone jets do not clog with mineral buildup as you would get with metal spray jets.If needed to be cleaned ,spray a product like Lime Away or a mixture of vinegar and water and apply to the water jets either by spraying on or total imersion in the mixture after the sprayheads have been removed.

Question:	What is the distance from water connection to top of shower head
Answer:	The flow rate on this item is 2.5 with the pre-inserted Water Flow Regulator and once remove, depending on your towns water supply can produce 1 1/2 to to 2X more.
Question:	Does the diverter valve allow you to choose either the main shower head or the handheld sprayer; or does it only allow you to get both
Answer:	The hand sprayer hose comes straight down the middle of the shower head so you mount it either on the right or left side.
Question:	Do you have a matching mixing valve
Answer:	If it’s leaking at the joint it need a new rubber washer in it. Leaks can also happen implementing them too tight. There’s also something called plumbers putty and plumbers tape that you can put around where it actually tightens if that’s the problem. If it’s a hole in the actual pipe you have to replace the pipe.
