Question:	I understand that the kauai lll can provide water to both heads at the same time, however, can it still be switched to either single head
Answer:	The brass nipples have only 3 threads into the square tube..., and the tube is soft material. I tighten the head and the fitting (nipple) cross-threaded very easy. It seams to much weight for the tube.

Answer:	If you have a hole big enough for the square pipe to fit into and turn, yes it will go into the wall. We needed to trim back the tile to make the hole large enough to allow the larger square fitting to turn. The flange is not fixed and will slide to accommodate the depth required for the pipe.
Question:	Can the water flow restrictor be easily removed
Answer:	Yes it is like a seal on the pipe and wall.

Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. No other info was provided. Good luck.

Answer:	Usually, just connect the shower head to the shower arm. If there is still a leak. Add some Teflon tape (with a small Teflon tape in the adjustment arm) or add a leak-proof pad. Question:	Does it save on water use
Answer:	Mine doesn't seem to show finger prints but then again it's 10 feet off the floor and there's water pouring out of it. Might be hard to see.
Question:	do any of these type of rainfall shower heads need washers? or does it need Teflon tape to avoid water spraying from screwing in thread to connect
Answer:	If nozzles get glogged just rub your fingers over them. If you lost one you will have to call manufacturer. Hope that helps.
