Answer:	Sorry for late replying. 13 inches stick out from the wall.
Question:	If the item is damaged during transportation, can we get a full refund
Answer:	I just installed 2 of these faucets last week and had no issues with installing lines to faucet. There is 2 o-rings on the fittings of the lines that has to be tightened until they are into the fitting on the faucet, snug down but do not overtighten. I did wrap some of the teflon tape on the threads before installing into the faucet, make sure excess is not covering the end hole of the threaded fitting where the water goes through.
