Answer:	This is a strainer, not a stopper. There maybe a dual-function gadget out there but make sure it catches as much hair as this does. Modern tubs should come with built-in stopper, may wanna fix that if that's an option, or buy a separate stopper.

Answer:	No, not at first. However, once it starts collecting hair and conditioner it definitely does slow it down. I cleaned it constantly but my husband hasn’t liked it since I first bought it. He would tell you that it slowed the water immediately.

Question:	Does water stick around it
Answer:	A little. The bottom plate is a bit taller then the drain opening on my tub, so there's a little water that stays just outside the drain assembly.
Question:	does the oil brass color hold up over time
Answer:	it will break down with enhanced cleaners, bleach,scrubbing bubbles etc. It is one of the softer finishes.
Question:	Why does the description say to use silicone seal, not plumber's putty
Answer:	Plumber's putty is not recommended for many acrylic tubs and shower pans. Make sure you use a neutral cure silicone which is a little hard to find in the US. GE makes one that H.D. sells that says "safe for most metals". I can speak from experience a non-neutral cure will tarnish quickly from the reaction.
Question:	Which parts are plastic? The last item I had like this was mostly metal, but the plastic broke where it screwed into the cross fitting

Answer:	It's a cover plate for the overflow drain that will fit one or two hole rough-in.
Question:	There are two types of oil rubbed bronze and i cannot clearly see which one it is in the picture. i am looking for te orb with rose gold trim. does this have the rose gold trim
Answer:	We do not sell a Rose Gold finish. The closest match we would have available is our Satin Bronze finish. Our part number for this is ATTMWT112114SB.
