Answer:	I use all kinds of essential oils and I have no problems with mosquitoes. I use this oil a lot. I could say that it works by association. They hate the intensity of EOs but it has a bit to do with your body chemistry too. It's best quality is how it calms inflammation and itching.

Answer:	no, but i suspect your bottle has gone bad. Return them if you can. i just got some recently and didn't notice anything really.

I have and am still using a converter that plugs into your house outlet and has a 12v car outlet on the other side which you can successfully plug your refrigerator into.
