Question:	Does this mailbox have keys
Answer:	It came with 2 keys. Remember when hanging the box, make sure it's at the correct level for your height. I'm 5'3" and the handyman hung the box too high. He was 6 feet, so I have to stand on tiptoes to make sure small letters aren't on the bottom of mailbox. So far, I like product. The color has been able to stay black, even though it get's really HOT afternoon sun in Arizona.

Answer:	There is an outter lid and an inner lid. The inner lid is the one that has the lock. The top/outter lid lifts up revealing the inner lid which has a slot for your mail to be place into. Personally, I don't use the locking lid because I get too many larger/bulky items that would not fit through the slim mail slot. If you are concerned about that, I would recommend finding another mail box that locks differently. I wanted to use the locking feature, but when I got the mailbox, I found out the slot was too narrow. It is fine if you just have letters and magazines sent to you. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Mounting of the WMHoowo4 mailbox is just 2 round head wood screws if mounting on wood house. I used #8 x 2-1/2" round head wood screws. I have vinyl siding over wood siding so needed the longer 2-1/2" long screws. You can purchase these any length in any hardware store. I used stainless steel but plated steel should be OK too. The box the mailbox comes in has printed on it a template you can cut out and mark on house for the correct location. Then mount with the screws. Very easy to do.

Answer:	Factory holes are 10" apart. I drilled my own to match existing holes in my concrete wall. Worked fine. I put weight on underside of lid to help it close on it's own. Hope this helps?

The Dalton itself has a top hatch that overhangs and protects from most rainfall entering inside. It’s not waterproof, but was designed to keep as much water and weather out as possible. Answer:	Hi. The Dalton's opening is nearly the width of the box, so a little over 13 inches. The opening is a little under 2 inches, so it's big enough to get fingers and about half a palm inside. That's why we made the height 14 inches, though. The slot is big enough for thick envelopes, but not big enough for hands to actually get inside and reach past 4-5 or so inches. Hope this helps.
